This seems like a very clean and quiet manufactured home park. I do not live there but my family previously owned a park and this park looked to me like people took pride in their spaces and were thoughtful of their community. I didn't rate it 5 stars only because I was not there long enough to truly see any deeper issues, not I wouldn't expect that at all

I love living here. There are tall trees that give shade, the people and staff are friendly. Almost everyone takes excellent care of their homes and the gardens are incredible. The pool and hot tub are clean, and the common space that anyone who lives there can reserve is very bright and comfortable. Only downside: the rent for the land under our manufactured homes goes up faster than inflation.

FALCONWOOD VILLAGE IS A GREAT PLACE TO SETTLE DOWN IN. IT IS A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE IT AN EVER BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.
