Very basic course that winds through a manufactured home community. Greens were nice and fairways were decent. For the price, it's a good value but probably more enjoyable for locals to play than someone who lives elsewhere in Orlando.

The course is rough. Crab grass all over fairways. Most tee boxes are half sand. Greens weren't pretty but they were rolling true and quick. I like the layout.

You cannot beat the price of this course. Lots of great wildlife, quiet beautiful views. Small shop, quick service, and had tons of reservations at the time we went. Carts are nice as well. Restrooms available throughout course.

This isn't the place it was. There hoa goons are relentless. They don't treat everyone equally. Management has a clouded vision at best. But hey she don't live in here so why does it matter. It's not an active 55 community unless your in her club. The retention ponds that they call lakes and charge for the views are silting in with sand many have little water in them because they don't clean the build up ever but they want a cost of living raise every year but do little maintenance. This place is long on talk and short on what really matters. Many homes have people living in here that shouldn't be in here but they really don't care. Just pay your rent and shut up and feel served

Great Course, good for beginners but sadly had a very rude encounter with a pro shop lady. We walked in, and from the first word said she gave us attitude for no reason. Made a tee time for $25 at 1:40 PM on Wednesday , showed her my student ID, didn't give us the student discount after we showed proof, also like it was intentional. She was beyond rude before that and gave us attitude; we were very confused.

Love Fairway Clubhouse. It's a great place for lunch to visit with friends and family. The menu has a wide variety of options and quite tasty. Their is no rush to leave which is very appealing. I love the view the dining room offers as well, It's absolutely beautiful

Haven't taken photos but I will next time. Just picked up golfing with a few of my friends. Been here a hand full of times and I really like it. It's always the same lady in the club house that you pay and she is always friendly. The course seems to be in good shape for a course that only charges you $25 for 18 holes. It is a tight course and I think that's part of the reason I like it. It has some pretty challenging holes for me but I'm just a novice. My friends like it as well though and some of them have been golfing for over 20 years.

First time we experienced this,but we went out today close to three without a tee time and the attendant said they were full until close to 4 .Yet we noticed several holes with no players and several empty carts so they turned us away..Not the best experience today .But the course is very well kept and fun to play

It's a solid 3 star. There's very little parking. The Pro Shop is not much of a Pro Shop, but the girl was nice. It's an retiree course. I think... 5,100 from the tips. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens were fine. Though you definitely knew you were not playing at the Ritz Carlton. And even though the course was not in stellar shape the greens were really fast. A definite plus. No boring holes either. There is no driving range, just a net to hit into. A big minus was the pace of play - sloooooow... l was literally playing each hole twice because the guys in front of me were brutal, and the guys behind me l never saw after the 2nd hole. Can't make that up y'all... The cart had no GPS, and it chronically sputtered. All in all, if l was in the area l would play it again, but l definitely wouldn't go out of my way.

Return to play this course for a second time. It's an interesting course with wide open fairways. The greens were in good condition but fairly fast. Definitely enjoyed playing. A lot of the local courses are now under water. There were only two holes that were cart path only.
