Been a member here now for 4 months or so. Been a great experience. Respect the people who run the place (pro shop/cart workers) they will respect you back. Course is in good shape for price point. You get more than you pay for here which is always great. Although remember it is a cheap course to play so you just have to be patient with college kids/older folks. Budget friendly. Be kind.

It was my First time ever playing this course or any course in Orlando, and I was not disappointed. I usually golf in Jax and there is no shortage of well priced, nice courses. Obviously this was not TPC sawgrass, but for the price the course is in great condition. I have played more expensive courses with awful greens. The greens were true and fast, and a lot of the fairways were in great shape. They were actually a bit difficult to hold because it was so dry so you had to adjust for a lot of rollout even if you spin the ball a lot. The course is lowkey kind of tight and you have to take less than driver on a lot of the holes which was not to my advantage today because driver has been one of my best clubs in the bag. They have a soda fountain with ice and cold water in the pro shop, and the gentleman at the pro shop was super welcoming. He asked if I had been there and I said no so he gave me a good rundown and walked outside with me to show me a couple things. The only thing I will say is be careful or you may accidentally hurt someone by accident because the fairways can be tight and it’s all houses. So if you block one it’s going into someone’s front yard or car, I had a couple really bad shanks and I wanted to crawl into a hole if I’m in Orlando again near the airport I will be back for sure. 10/10 would recommend. If you have some distance you’ll have a lot of drivable par 4s!

Fairways Country Club in Orlando is such a hidden gem. The course is always in solid shape ” greens roll true, fairways are well maintained, and the layout keeps things interesting without being overly punishing. It’s the kind of course where you can work on your game and still have a great time. The staff is friendly and the pace of play has always been reasonable when I’ve gone. It has a relaxed, neighborhood feel but still delivers a quality round. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for an enjoyable, well-kept course in the Orlando area. I’ll be back.

Gorgeous park. The lot rent is ridiculous though. I get it, your in Orlando but..it takes you 20 minutes to get out of the park onto hwy. 50. Like I said, beautiful with great amenities. At 900 to 1,300 a month, you're better off buying a house or move to the West of Disney where parks are Gorgeous also and 600 a month lot rent.

I think this course could be so amazing if they took care of it, the bunkers, the tee box, and most importantly the greens. They need just alittle consistent TLC. I can tell they try but I can also tell they dont try everyday. The probably do it 70% and that is the difference. If you are in the area just play Twin Rivers its a better more enjoyable course. I have played here at Fairways 3 times, every time has been the exact same.

We had a home in Fairways Country Club that we wanted to sell. Our realtor was Bella Pareto, the sweetest person you will ever meet. She is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed on the whole process. Not sure what we would have done without her, she is truly a professional and hands on realtor. We are from Canada. My wife and I did 9 holes today. The course is in great shape and the pro shop staff were wonderful. We will definitely be back next week to experience the full 18 holes!

Very basic course that winds through a manufactured home community. Greens were nice and fairways were decent. For the price, it’s a good value but probably more enjoyable for locals to play than someone who lives elsewhere in Orlando.

The course is rough. Crab grass all over fairways. Most tee boxes are half sand. Greens weren't pretty but they were rolling true and quick. I like the layout.

Great Course, good for beginners but sadly had a very rude encounter with a pro shop lady. We walked in, and from the first word said she gave us attitude for no reason. Made a tee time for $25 at 1:40 PM on Wednesday , showed her my student ID, didn’t give us the student discount after we showed proof, also like it was intentional. She was beyond rude before that and gave us attitude; we were very confused.

This isn't the place it was. There hoa goons are relentless. They don't treat everyone equally. Management has a clouded vision at best. But hey she don't live in here so why does it matter. It's not an active 55 community unless your in her club. The retention ponds that they call lakes and charge for the views are silting in with sand many have little water in them because they don't clean the build up ever but they want a cost of living raise every year but do little maintenance. This place is long on talk and short on what really matters. Many homes have people living in here that shouldn't be in here but they really don't care. Just pay your rent and shut up and feel served

You cannot beat the price of this course. Lots of great wildlife, quiet beautiful views. Small shop, quick service, and had tons of reservations at the time we went. Carts are nice as well. Restrooms available throughout course.

Return to play this course for a second time. It's an interesting course with wide open fairways. The greens were in good condition but fairly fast. Definitely enjoyed playing. A lot of the local courses are now under water. There were only two holes that were cart path only.

First time we experienced this,but we went out today close to three without a tee time and the attendant said they were full until close to 4 .Yet we noticed several holes with no players and several empty carts so they turned us away..Not the best experience today .But the course is very well kept and fun to play

Haven’t taken photos but I will next time. Just picked up golfing with a few of my friends. Been here a hand full of times and I really like it. It’s always the same lady in the club house that you pay and she is always friendly. The course seems to be in good shape for a course that only charges you $25 for 18 holes. It is a tight course and I think that’s part of the reason I like it. It has some pretty challenging holes for me but I’m just a novice. My friends like it as well though and some of them have been golfing for over 20 years.

Love Fairway Clubhouse. It's a great place for lunch to visit with friends and family. The menu has a wide variety of options and quite tasty. Their is no rush to leave which is very appealing. I love the view the dining room offers as well, It's absolutely beautiful

It’s a solid 3 star. There’s very little parking. The Pro Shop is not much of a Pro Shop, but the girl was nice. It’s an retiree course. I think 5,100 from the tips. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens were fine. Though you definitely knew you were not playing at the Ritz Carlton. And even though the course was not in stellar shape the greens were really fast. A definite plus. No boring holes either. There is no driving range, just a net to hit into. A big minus was the pace of play - sloooooow l was literally playing each hole twice because the guys in front of me were brutal, and the guys behind me l never saw after the 2nd hole. Can’t make that up y’all The cart had no GPS, and it chronically sputtered. All in all, if l was in the area l would play it again, but l definitely wouldn’t go out of my way.
