Accommodating, kind, and helpful. Angela Davis the property manager at Deer Run was a delight to work with. The units at this property are great, and they have all new common areas. Clean, quant, and affordable. Highly recommend.

We moved in Feb. 2023 , the management and residents are all very nice. My husband and I are happy with our apartment and the staff. The staff has responded quickly to any work order, we submit and have answered any questions we have. I would recommend this establishment to friends, that would be looking to move, to a quite, clean and friendly, home!

My name is Rick Levzow. I have lived with my wife Doreen for the last eight years at Deer Run apartments in Portage Wi. We have seen several managers come and go, and am writing to you today about our current manager Angie Davis. So many times in life negative comments are made. I believe the positive should be said as well. We have never had to wait on Renewal papers, etc...If you have a question she takes the time to listen to your concerns, and she is also personable to all, and knows everyone by there name, so you're more than just a Rent check and a number. The same applies to Craig Nelson our caretaker. We have never had to wait on any repairs, only if a part had to be ordered. As with Angie, Craig knows everyone by name and he is trusted throughout the building! Comfortable Senior living, the way it should be.....

It is a really nice place . Angie is a great manager. Things get done, the place is kept up. Craig is a wonderful maintenance man. Great grounds and building. My mother loves it.
