Bed bugs, Bed bugs, Bed bugs! I've talked to MGMT about it, sent emails and have written notices and they won't do ANYTHING. I'm being bitten by adults and baby bedbugs.

I heard Crosslines is under new management and it has improved drastically. Tenants and staff are much happier.

It has changed a lot since the new managers and asst manger came on also we have an on-site maintenance. Some people probably wouldn't agree that's probably because there not going by there rental agreement. we can't expect miracles overnight. They have actually done more in the little time they've been here .I have been hear for a year and half and half through three managers. and I can't even count how many maintenance. They're trying their best to make it a pleasant place to call home and to be safe they make a good team. I given 6 stars on the way they're doing a good job Miracles don't happen overnight
