A nice place for seniors. Plumbing is a little outdated and stops up easily, but its still a nice place. You must remember that there is no medical personnel on staff here. It is just a senior apartment house.

My first time visiting Mr. Span lives there he is 90yrs old he's my church member of Bethany # 2 in New Ellenton SC. We went there to serve Thanksgiving dinner there & fellowship. Hallelujah I had a PHENOMENAL time with them all will be back soon.

Really clean nice inside but it's not a up date building its just got some age on the building.with activities bingo,physical therapy Television room all clean. It dates back to the early 70ds but like I said clean.

Wonder for our senior relative who needed a place like this. It really fills the needs of a semi- assisted living situation. Person is very independent but does have someone check on them each day.perfecr sized apartment.
