December 2025
The quality of this place as a place to live has decreased tremendously. The rent has increased. It now has bedbugs. Plumbing repairs go undone. Just awful.

Great! Loved it!

Comfortable, affordable, allows dogs and cats. Large recreation space, library, elevators, laundry room with many washers and dryers. Game room. Free heat and air conditioning.

I recently moved into a 2 bd 2bth apt. I love the size of the rooms and the wonderful, breath taking sunsets I get to photography each night with no two being the same. Each room gives a different perspective of the night skyline. You can't be the price for living in the heart of the downtown area. The property manager and maintenance staff are great. I will admit that the apts can be stuffy, so I keep at least one window open. Most of the residents are friendly. My two problems are with the drug users and homeless trying to sneak in behind you. Just recently I found myself in a situation where a known drug user tried to enter the building behind me. I refused to let him in and he tried to push past me. He became verbally abusive. When he was finally buzzed in we went up in the same elevator. I was afraid for my life. Not only did he curse at me, he became very violent by banging on the elevator doors. I thought I would be next to experiance his physical wraft. The other problem is the nasty washing machines. They are not cleaned on a regular bases. I blame the company who services the machines for that...Thanks for disinfectant wipes. Overall, it is not a bad place to live if one is a senior. .

The price is decent considering you are living in the most expensive downtown area in Michigan. The building is clean, just not updated. There are no community or resident offerings. It's a place to live — that's it, but you are living in Ann Arbor's vibrant downtown. I love the area it's in, but I don't love the apartment or the building.

Other than a place to live, it offers no services whatever. The management is terrible.
