Lots of trash in the parking lot and lobby area inside. Beautifully decorated with decor from 80s. Apartments need to be painted and maintained provided more routinely for its residence.

On a visit to family I noticed the parking lot was cluttered with debris. The inside of the building and common areas appeared clean. I would hope to see them address the debris in the parking lot before my next visit.

So they used to be great place but their apartments are definitely falling apart. HUD or the city definitely needs to step in to figure out why there holes in the ceiling and there are mold in the apartments from water damage that has come in when it rain
