Apartment manager is terrible. Bugs infesting almost every Apartment, it smells of chemicals being turned into illegal substances. Strangers that dont live in the complex wandering the halls and sometimes even urinating freely and also deficating in hallway or elevator. Blood covered elevator walls. Not safe. Needs the owner to step in ASAP
