I have a question. Why is the waiting list so long?

I've lived here over 10 years never had any problems people that say they have cockroaches. Then it's because they lived dirty. I've never seen a roach or anything in the 10 years I've lived here. Maybe that's because I keep it clean but nobody bothers you here it's a nice quiet place to live. And. Management is. Awesom
