Very nice place. I have friends who love there. Nice golf course. U must be 55 and older to live there, and I'm not 55 just yet. The park has beautiful lighting at the entry on the palms all year long. The trailers and or modulars are too close for my comfort. It would be great for sociable people who love to gold and have many friends.

We have seen many parks in the area, but this one was so nice and I would even consider moving there as they have homes with double car garages. We have yet to have a grand tour but we will think about moving here in the very near future.

Not enough yardage to justify $37.00 greens fee. NO clubhouse. No food, no toilets, no water on the course. Maybe when they recover from Ian it will be worth the price but as of now..I will put this course on hold.

Very disappointed the last three times I played there as there was no water to drink on the course. They blamed it on COVID 19. Other courses were furnishing water on the course.

A delightful adult community. It is owned by Sun Properties and is well managed. The property is well maintained and there are many activities. The golf course is great! It is a great place in which to spend the winter or all year round!

A friend heard about this 55 and over park, and wanted to see it so we drove her there and we loved it. I think she did as well. We have seen many parks in the area, but this one was so nice and I would even consider moving there as they have homes with double car garages. That is the only way that my husband would move there because the cars would be garaged. We have yet to have a grand tour but we will think about doing that in the very near future. Weather was inclement the day we drove through so unfortunately I didn't get any pictures.

So...spent many years coming down to Florida to put the final touches on our travel plans for our retirement. Looked at many places, talked to many people and then stumbled on Blue Heron. Dont have history here so my review is based on first impressions, but first impressions led me to make a purchase! Looking forward to making a home here for part of the year for now. If you visit see the wonderful ladies in the sales office!

Short course with lots of water, a good test of skill with your wedges. My wife doesn't hit the ball as far as me, but she hits it straighter. She beat me handily, even with my 4 mulligans.
