We moved in a few days ago , and have had nothing but great experiences. Delvy at the front leasing office was extremely professional and took the time to give us a full tour of the property, show us various different options and answered all of our questions in depth. The process of renting from application to move in took less than 48 hours and was very clear. While the property from the outside might look simple, the renovated apartments are stunning and definetively worth it! Highly recommend.

I have been living in these apartments for 2 years. The apartment I occupy has 3 rooms, but they have only given me parking for 2 cars. I have a 3rd car and I have to park it somewhere else because if I leave it there, they take it without a sticker. There are rats that won't leave me alone, and I reported it last year, but there has been no response.
