Moved my parents from Alabama to Bailey Park last weekend and the manager Andre was the best manager ever. Very helpful on everything. I feel he cares about people and I feel it's a safe place for them to live. Thank you for all your help Andre Lesa Grayson

Lived there for a little over a year. No drawers in the bathroom vanities, trash bins overflowing, Mitchel St is a cut through street for locals and especially postal carriers (Post office is 2 blocks away) and they speed up and down the street all day, took over 9 days to get the a/c fixed in the middle of summer. Walls were full of nail holes and the unit was in desperate need of a paint job. Carpet was worn out. Very difficult to get part time management on the phone. HI management company is horrible. Not good at snow/ice removal. If you contact HI management company they will bounce you from one employee to another in hopes to wear you out. Etc.... Don't say I didn't warn you. Check out my reviews on other companies, I am not a complainer by nature but this place really deserves it. Much better places in the Brownsburg area to choose from. Only reason I gave them a 2 is because of location, but most everything in Brownsburg is a good location. Good luck.

My mother has lived at Bailey Park for two and a half years. While it has many positives (location, access to banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, interstate), the management of the property has a lot to be desired. Request for repairs are generally ignored and once they are acknowledged the actual repairs themselves are NOT completed in a timely manner. We waited for over five months to have a broken faucet in the main bathroom repaired and ended up replacing it ourselves. There is also little to no outreach to the residents. This is predominantly a 55+ community and the only sense of community is provided by the residents themselves. Understand that organizing safe activities can be difficult in the middle of a pandemic, but there are ways to have socially distant activities without jeopardizing the health of your residents. The responsiveness of ownership / management to necessary repairs and creating a sense of community has room for improvement.
