I have lived for about nine years. I really like the outside improvements, new landscaping, etc. However, i think closing the clubhouse area at 5pm and on weekends and holidays is unfair . some of us who reside here, have no family in the immediate area and used the club house to visit with other residents. i miss the early evenings dinners with outside entertainment. I also miss our annually bazaar. I am grateful to live in a community without fear, thanks to our security team. The outside/maintenance crew keeps the outside well-kept. All in all, I love living here and am proud to call Randle Ranch (Arcade Creek Manor) my home.

I must say" Loren and her staff has demonstrated such professionalism, and continues to show compassionate, gratitude and kindness to each and every tenant here. We are deeply saddened to have her leave us at a time where Rindle Ranch Properties is shinning at its best !! We also, wanted to commend the maintenance staff on their timely matter on responding to our maintenance request and a special thank you to a former maintenance worker Chris, who has also ventured on to a new journey. Thank you Chris for your professionalism and responding to our maintenance issues. We wish you and Loren great beginnings, as you venture out on your next journey. I discovered the battery on my thermostat was low. It was the end of a very hot day. I submitted a maintenance request. Even though it was after hours for the maintenance team, someone arrived within 15 minutes to replace the old batteries so I didn't have to worry about losing my AC overnight.

The maintenance team did a wonderful job with both my new blinds and the light over the kitchen sink. They worked very well together and they did the job quickly, were pleasant and cleaned up everything as they left. Thanks very much for a quick response to my needs.

I went to the Edison, the leasing agent there was extremely friendly. I am sorry to say it, i thought rindle ranch was a nice place, the apartments were very well maintained, the complex was very clean, there was a lot for residents to do. The people in the office made me feel like I was being a problem for being there. I had an appointment to see an apartment, so I came in there early, I always show up early for appointments. I was told I got there 10 minutes early and my appointment was for 11 am, so I was told I needed to wait until 11 in the lobby. That really didn’t bother me all that much, and it didn’t stop me from renting the place, as I did like it. It just told me as a resident I should probably do all I can to have very little to do with the leasing office. I don’t blame this on the people in the leasing office, I blame on people above them that are running this place it seems there philosophy is to maximize profit, and minimize expenses. Which I think is really to bad. I have looked at a number of properties to rent and this was one of the better places that I saw.

This is a great senior complex for elderly folks who cannot get out and about much as there is plenty to do here: large pool & spa for tenants; which is not crowded with children or guests like other complexes, community get together events, library, a bus stop just outside the complex, assigned parking for handicaped tenants and lots of amenities . The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the parking is limited for us that do not have a handicaped designation. And they allow guests to take any unassigned space available. This continually leaves me without a parking space many days when I come home. Over all this is a nice place and the management and maintenance try to keep this a nice place to live.

The ceiling leak has worsened with each rain. It is obvious the ceiling will collapse shortly. TWO attempts have been made, neither has fixed the problem. Having purchased a special filter I have asked for it to be installed twice. It has not as yet been installed. Generally, something, even partially, is done but this time not yet.

Great experience as a senior. The pool was very nice easy to make friends real friends. The location was the best all the shopping we needed just a couple of blocks up the street. The on-site management put forth every effort available to them. Meet our requests. The Community was much quieter than we expected being near Auburn Boulevard. We moved because we had to Moore Senior, Assistance at this time in our lives. Thank you so much Lauren and Shelly.

Jeremy the maintenance manager RESOLVED my serious issue in less than an hour!! I have lived at RR for 6 months. The hot water heater (boiler) went out in the morning on Monday. I noticed it at 5am. I thought someone else would call and put in a work order but apparently nobody else did. There are 8 units in my building. I was busy all morning, and then I noticed at 1:30pm still no hot water. That’s when I called the hotline for a work order. Jeremy came within the hour and the whole building hot water issue was fixed immediately! I was so grateful with how quickly he resolved the issue after I called.

The refrigerator went out Saturday and they fixed it Tuesday. It is running fine. The only problem is this is the second time. They need to fix the problem instead of using bandaids.

No access for tobacco users. They don't allow smoking anywhere on property, not even your car and don't provide a safe designated area for those adults who wish to use tobacco. The closest place to smoke is on public sidewalk where cars are speeding up and down and no barrier for any type of protection for the few that wish to smoke from out of control over speeding cars. cold and hot weather. rain and darkness.

I personally thought that they should’ve done something about it without the extra sarcasm. Yes, we have funds that have lights in them. We have flashlights, but that isn’t the idea it needs. The grounds need to be covered with light and our ground. All around building three was not covered at all in light not even on our porches so they had to call an electrician, but why didn’t they do that right away when we complained about it?

Good office staff. Loren and Shelley are responsive and have countless people to support. Rindle Ranch is lucky to have them. Typically it is a quiet place to live which allows for good sleep. The rent is a bit high for what isn't offered , although im sure it is in line with Citrus Heights rentals. More importantly after signing a one year less I think it's fair on the 2nd year and after, to offer 6 months leases. People are in transition as seniors and as elderly, and often the amount of monies change as people age and get older . I would recommend offering 6 month leases after the first year of residency. I know this makes it possibly less profitable, harder for staff and more expensive to maintain the property. Granted, but in my case I ultimately will be searching for a month to month rental in the future. Overall with so many tenants to serve, Rindle Ranch earns a solid B.

Moving here was a blessing. We love our neighbors, and our little home is awesome too. Single story apartments. We do have neighbors of course in the same building... but... the way the property is laid out... it is like being in a park setting, with beautiful landscaping throughout that is well maintained weekly. We have a great team of managers and maintenance crew. Lauren and Shelly are both very patient and knowledgeable as they deal with all of us senior citizens day in and out... lol. It takes a special kind of soul to do this kind of work... and we are lucky we have not one but TWO special souls who are working hard to make RR a fun place to live. Jeremy and his maintenance crew are also always knowledgeable and kind. There are several in-house activities to participate in, which is great for our friends here that don't drive. Card Games, Dominoes, Billiards, Puzzle Room, Craft Room, Bunco Room, Bingo Hall, a very well stocked Library, Business Center, Lounge area, and community kitchen available to us when we host huge community dinners and, of course..... free Wi-Fi throughout. BBQ pit is a great meeting place for friends to gather, and of course we have the beautiful pool and hot tub area, which they do keep heated to a pleasant 82 degrees throughout the year. Anyways... we are happy here. SK and BK

I must say that the entire process from viewing to application to move in and, of course, living here has been nothing short of smooth and fantastic. There are so many activities and the amenities are great. Shelly is so helpful and patient. The grounds are kept beautiful and it's soooo quiet.
