Good evening. I am a resident here at the Regency Crest 55+ Living Community. It's a wonderful place to live. My management is doing an outstanding job. Tai and Eve not only keep our building up to function levels. The care and interaction with the residents are unbelievably wonderful. I watch when they prepare events for our community. The time and preparation show how much they care for the residents here at the Regency Crest. The passion and joy show appreciation giving to the people's here watching how they touch individuals with joy and happiness! I have lived here going on 5 years. It has been a very enjoyable time. Maintenance is great. The common areas are kept very clean. Just attended their Tuesday Treats and along with the usual juice, mixed fruits, sweet breads I enjoyed scrambled eggs, bacon and croissants. What a treat one of many activities provided monthly! Clean and well maintained building. I spoke with a lady named eve in the leasing office, she was very friendly, accommodating and answered every question I had. They host lots of resident activities which would be perfect for my mother! Tons of amenities, gym, indoor pool, theater, and even a salon. This place is definitely worth checking out for anyone looking for a 55+ community!!

Alta at Regency Crest is the best senior living community in Ellicott City. The management team and maintenance staff are 10+. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. The amenities are abundantly more than other senior apartments. Many of my neighbors have lived here almost since it was built. Truly this is a place you can call home.

I recently attended a wellness event at the property. They provided useful information on local health resources. I was warmly welcomed by Tai, the property director and Eve, her assistant. Eve pointed me to all the brochures from organizations I was most interested in. It was clear to me that Eve and Tai really care about the well-being of the residents.

My husband and I have been living here for 5 years and have enjoyed being here. I LOVE MY APARTMENT! The management is great. Tai and Eve are very accommodating. Don and Damon and Dilcia have been wonderful in handling all of the problems that occur in my apartment and keeping up with the appearance of the building. Made a lot of new friends. Place is neat and clean , staff is co operative , for maintenance you don't have to call twice . I love living at Alta at regency crest. I would recommend it to anybody as a great place to live. Today they had a great cookout for the 4th we had fish in the number of other dishes. I had a great time and I really love living here. I have been here for 4 years and I decided to renew my lease for another year.

I've been a resident at Alta at Regency Crest for almost 5 years and it is very nice here. The residents are very friendly, as well as the Management Team, Maintenance Staff and Custodian. The Amenities are many. Such as an Indoor Swimming Pool, Yoga Room, Beauty Salon, Exercise Room, and Game Room. There is also an outdoor Courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a pond with Ducks that waddle around, that are so cute and will surely bring a smile to your face. Also, there is a a large Great Room with a fireplace inside where residents congregate, play cards, various games, enjoy food (compliments of the Management Team) and a large glass Fish Tank to watch and enjoy all the beautiful fish. There is plenty to enjoy here or you can just sit and enjoy being alone on the front porch. Gazebo or some of the other beautiful areas on the premises!

My dad has been a resident since Janaury and has had an amazing experience thus far. The residents are nice and welcoming. He really feels at home here. The staff, especially Tai have been more than accommodating and excudes stellar customer service! If you are looking for a place to call home for your aging loved ones definitely check them out!

As a prospective renter, I received a 5-star tour by Property Director Alexis Nance. She is the epitome of a true professional--very knowledgeable, kind, engaging, and most importantly, she makes you feel right at home! The "campus" is beautiful, with activities galore and even an indoor "year-round" pool. This is luxury living at its finest!

My husband and I have been living here at Alta at Regency Crest for about a year and a half. We moved in during the height of the pandemic. I have to say that the management here handled the situation wonderfully. I felt very safe following their guidance. Alexis and Tai are truly professionals. They are always here for us and respond quickly to our needs. They do a great job giving us awesome social events that are not only fun but beautifully presented. I also would like to commend our maintenance crew Don and Damon who are always on the ball, responding quickly to our requests. I feel at home here.

On Friday, August 5 we had a severe thunderstorm which knocked out our entrance door's connection. Myself and others called for an emergency maintenance issue with the locking system. Residents put a rock in the door to keep it opened for us to get into our apartment. It appeared that Don or Damon on Monday, August 8 tried to reset the system. On Thursday, August 11, the system was still out with the rock still in the door. I went to the Office and spoke with Tia. She informed me that the contractor had been called several times. I said call another contractor and stressed that residents were not safe and were afraid. She agreed that it was unsafe. Her response was that another contractor could not work on another contractor's system. She said it was out of her control. I replied that Wood Partners needed to be called to approve another contractor to come in. Three entrance doors and a courtyard door were involved in this situation. It was the talk of Alta the entire week. Residents said we needed an emergency meeting with residents and management about this locking system and other topics. I told several residents that I would request the meeting which I did with Tai. She replied she would let ALexis know on Monday.Three hours later the system was fixed and the doors were locked! My current rating for Alta was due to this emergency situation response.

Alta has been my home for 12 years and I have enjoyed every year. The building is beautiful and well cared for. Maintenance and management quickly respond to meet any concerns I might have. Living here is like being on vacation.

Having a general concern and a care-giving attitude are sometimes rare attributes seen with some management's when dealing with their clients. But rest assured, here at Alta at Regency Crest, our Property Director, Ms. Alexis Nance, stands above the normal job qualifications required for any management position. Dedicated, hardworking, professional, decisive, educated... all YES for this young lady. But where she stands out is her Visibility, her Human concern. Alexis is a person who can rise above everyday noise and resolve issues with confidence and experience. We at Alta are amazed and applause Alexis for her many professional talents and her ability to be one of the best multitasking handling cumbersome daily issues. Moving to Alta at Regency Crest has been a blessing for my wife and I. The transition and relocating from a large home to a 2 bedroom unit was challenging for us, but made less stressful with the help and dedication of caring and organized staff and management. Our lives have been made simplified, less worry, less stressful and more secure. Now add new relationships with friendly neighbors and numerous amenities, including maintenance free services...Life in the Slow Lane... Just makes one smile. Just wanted to leave a review for Alta @ Regency Crest in Ellicott City, Maryland. When my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent for 3 months or so in the Baltimore area, we came across some very positive reviews for Alta @ Regency Crest. Since Alta was in close proximity, it was one of the places at the top of our list to consider. My wife and I flew up from Florida, rented a car to look at several locations. In speaking with the office manager Alexis both on the phone and in person, her professionalism and courtesy extended to us made us feel right at home. In showing us the amenities, we were impressed with the cleanliness, maintenance and layout of the apartment complex. If in the market for apartment living, I highly recommend Alta @Regency Crest. We have a family member moving in January 2021. So far we've experienced nothing but a professional, courteous and helpful demeanor from the staff at ARC. They have been extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns for our family member. The facility and grounds at ARC are well maintained and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. The small interactions we've had so far with other residents have been friendly and welcoming. Many of those I spoke to took the time to compliment the current management team of Alexis and Tai, mentioning that they were responsive to resident's needs, professional in their interactions and supportive and caring.
