My dad loves his new apartment

We have moved many times over the years from selling the farm to subdivision , town house to traveling in our RV . This is our first apartment and we love our new home . Valley House Flats is managed by truly awesome people . The team makes us feel right at home .. We are very thankful for our new home and friends .

Affordable State of the Art apartments and Condos. Ive been a homeowner for over 20 years. I didnt realize the simplicity of Apartment living. No maintenance. No worries, just relaxation at my convenience. Beautiful view of Downtown Brookville Indiana on one side and a nice view of the Whitewater river on the other. The Brookville Lake is only 5 minutes away for more enjoyment. This is by far the best place to live in Franklin County if you are over 55. Very friendly staff who are very prompt in addressing any issues or questions that you might have. Come check it out for yourself.
