Place is definitely modern but for being so classy the general restrooms on the 1st floor reek of stench and clearly only are stocked up and not cleaned.Most people are not very welcoming or friendly.I also noticed their servers also do housekeeping which I wouldn't want for the people serving my food to be covered in germs.No assistance for their residents! People move in and overtime start to decline so it would be something good to have.Not much diversity!

Visited Kennedy Meadows on October 16, 2025. We enjoyed a delicious lunch followed by tour of the facility. John was an excellent guide answering all of the questions presented by the group. They have so much to offer: fine dining, exercise room, library, chapel, a kitchen on the main floor where if you would like to cook a meal and invite your friends or family you can do so, outside grills if you want to have a cookout, beautiful gardens and walking paths and so much more. It is well worth taking a look.

I've been in the Home Care business since 2007 and Independent Living Communities have been a big part of how we serve the agong adults in our community. Kennedy Meadows is a terrific place to live if you're looking. If you get a chance to tour ask for John, he's great.

I went in there, looking at some air conditioning systems for them. I was very impressed with the place very high class. It looks expensive, thank godI don't need that type of place yet.

Visited friends there...a very nice establishment with all kinds of amenities for singles and couples 55 and over. Rent includes 3 meals a day.

We have lived at Kennedy Meadows for the past 2 years. We have met so many great people here. There is a feeling of family. The staff is awesome and so helpful with anything that is needed. There are lots of activities from crossword puzzles, word games, monthly birthday parties, exercise classes, varies types of group activities and a singing group. You can participate in any or all of the activities or stay in your room and do your own thing. The best thing of all is you are not alone.

Two year resident. This "community" doesn't live up to advertising. Housekeeping is inconsistent and unsatisfactory. Food services are not even close to "freshest ingredients" and the meals are extremely sparse on portion size. A sandwich is often served on cheap white bread with no condiments, is most often composed of one slice of processed meat (bologna is considered ok here) and one slice of American cheese. No exaggeration. Owned by a hedge fund, the corporate office makes it clear that residents' requests are unwelcome. On-site managers are pretty much limited in flexibility. There is no assistance at all for elderly residents, even though marketing targets those about 80. On the subject of the residents themselves, friendliness, encouragement, and interactions are the reasons most residents stay. Kennedy Meadows has very little value for the high cost of rent. As a former kitchen worker , I can you tell you this place is very unsanitary and the place is run like a business above the needs of any of the elderly. The food is cheap and most of the cooks nor dishwashers use gloves . Apart from the kitchen and food quality is place is not bad so I will give them 2 stars .

The staff are wonderful, they are friendly and helpful. Sam, Jenn, the servers as well as the kitchen staff. There’s always room for growth but as they are new they are still having growing pains. Some days are worse than others. Most seem happy still have the cranky few but I guess that’s expected! All in all it’s ok. I’m curious how it will fair once it’s at full capacity. That will be the real testament! My apologies, I failed to mention in my earlier post the Management staff, Stephanie, Mac, Courtney and Greg which are wonderful! They are all very gracious and caring. They always take the time to say hello and listen to your needs. They seem to always go above and beyond. Which I greatly appreciate!

I want to give a shout-out to Robin. She was a great asset to the company. What a loss now that she has left. She has a wonderful caring attitude. She connected with my family members who are residents there. She made them feel special and it is not the same without her. Her smile is greatly missed. She touched many lives there and will be greatly missed.

My mother has been at Kennedy Meadows for two months. She and I have been treated with respect and kindness not only from the on-site managers and staff, but from the other residents as well. She has a sense of comfort and enjoyment, a feeling of belonging and is very happy there. At this time, I am unable to give a 5-Star rating due to menu issues however, I highly commend the on-site managers for working to resolve the issues.
