My Mom is at Spring Hills and enjoys the many social activities. Our family is impressed with the high level of communication and service. We easily schedule transportation for Mom to medical offices. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff helped us get through the move in process very well and is always there ready to help us.

My mom moved in 2 weeks ago. The staff has been so helpful in getting her acclimated. So far, I'm very impressed with everyone I've connected with there, from nursing director, to community relations director to activities coordinator. I feel that my mother is in a great place where she will be cared for and can partake in activities of her choosing. She says the food is terrific, so that's great to hear! I'm so glad I reached out to Spring Hills when I realized it was the right time to think about assisted living for my mother.

Upon entering the facility, there was a strong urine smell as you entered the lobby. The smell was so strong that I asked the receptionist for a mask. I hope this issue gets resolve. This isn't good for those who has upper respiratory issues. Not good for anyone.

Visited Spring Hills-Morristown. Friendly staff & residents were involved in activities and enjoying the outdoors on back patio. Local churches come in and provide services too!

Wonderful facility, amazing staff. They have gone above and beyond to listen, help, and understand without judgement in order for my mom to be safe and taken care of. This is not an easy job and I'm in awe at how they stay so positive and treat my mom with such care at all times.

I am a firm believer that when you see good things happening, you should talk about them, as well as give credit when credit is due. Today, 3/17/2020, is my mother's 71st birthday. Due to the health care crisis currently, my family and I won't be visiting with her or taking her out today at your Morristown, NJ location. This is a decision we completely understand, respect and will abide by to keep the staff and residents there safe and as healthy as possible. This morning, your staff went above and beyond and made sure we could Face Time with her and wish her a happy birthday "face to face". Thank you Karen and Wendy for making it happen. Honestly, all of the staff that cares for her should be commended. In the 5 years mom has been under their care, I have never worried about her health and safety and get to enjoy her completely. We know she is in good hands there.

Hats off to Spring Hill staff and management during this crisis. Mom has been a resident for the past 8 month and really enjoys the culture and staff and delicious food. My sister and I have questions during this time and we really appreciate the time the team has taken to answer them. We are lucky to have such a top place in Morris County for mom to reside in during her "golden years".
