My mother Anita was there 6 days she was brought to the facility on hospice care. Let me begin by saying the nurses on the floor were very careing and attentive to my mom. However there was one that was not. We were concerned that mom was having trouble breathing so she had a med that cleared up the problem but that it was as needed in other words mom who wasnt comunicating had to ask for it so we were told to ask for it every 4 hours a call to our hopice nurse took care of that and this nurse said to us as she walked into the room I hear you have some concerns up in here not very compassionate, or professional. The business aspect of it was cold and to the point. had to rite a check for 8850.00 for the month mom a there 6 day we were there when mom took her last breath and the nurses were very kind and compassionate and we thank them for that. After a week or so i found it cold that we didnt get a call from Fairhave sending condolences or any thing, I just got off the phone with them today to discuss the refund and i was shocked no sorry for your loss or anything it just hit me wrong. Again thanks to the nurses(other than the rude entitled one) that cared for mom you truly are angels. To the business office please work on your comunication and profesional skills and please show compassion to the family.

Can't do their jobs the right way, and not a clean place. Miss treats the residents. Lies about things. Takes things that aren't theirs .

We were overwhelmed, scared, had lots of questions about putting our mom in rehabilitation or nursing home but we could not care for her with her current health condition that rapidly declined after Covid. The nursing staff, CNA's, check in , patient care coordinators and physical therapy have been amazing! Everyone we have encountered here I feel has gone above and beyond to help with my moms needs and also keeping us informed with everything, helps us keep in contact with her because it is difficult for her to answer her phone. These are just some really crazy times in the medical field right now and I want ALL staff at Fair Havens to be recognized, they have all been wonderfully amazing and we are forever grateful...

My 93 year old father is at Fair Havens and never been in need of assistance. The staff are very interested in keeping our family up to date. My only real problem is following our request for CPAP nightly and my father waits for a long time from night time assistants to be turned or go to the bathroom. It is sad to know after he pushes his button for help, he feels likes he waits forever and watches the clock.

My sister has been in 3 different occasions. The office staff is very nice. The nurses and aides are very caring and friendly. Therapy is very helpful and caring. They are the best around. All employees are right there. Housekeeping and maintenance are included. I would 100% recommend this facility!!!!!!!

Once upon a time...that's how stories begin....Fair Havens Christian Village is by far the best choice I ever made ...I have been there three times since 2017..hip,both knees ...for rehab..there nursing staff and rehabilitation department is GREAT...i waont go anywhere ....i have experienced several others...with my mother and husband...THE STAFF AND SPECIALITY DEPARTMENTS AT THIS FACILITY DESERVE ALL FIVE STARS.......
