All aides & workers are so very kind! My sister & I live far away in more northern states & only get to visit our sister @ Via Christi every 3 mos. Our sister gets such good care & all staff helps us stay in touch with her, including helping to set up a weekly Zoom chat with her. Thanks for all the love & support you give her & us!!

Via Christie Village is a wonderful place. My aunt does well here and the staff are all so kind, helpful and caring. I truly enjoy visiting with her and the other residents as well. Ms.Vickie is so sweet as are Judy and her husband in Court B. Thank you all so much for a job well done.

I visit often and wondered why we still need to log into the facility. I use the germex next to the machine but it just seems a lot of germs are being exposed with hands on the check in machine.

I highly recommend Via Christi Village for your loved one. They are caring and have a positive attitude about the work they do. Ever go somewhere and people act like they are unhappy to be at work? Not here. I don't know if most of the staff graduated from Pittsburg State, but someone is graduating quality nurses at all professional levels. So thanks to Pittsburg State and other universities involved for making Pittsburg a better place to live. Not only in nursing, but across the organization, from dietary to administration, housekeeping, and social activities, everyone has a warm, caring approach to helping the elderly. Definitely 5 stars here.

Everything was great, everyone seemed to be working as a team well today. I have never seen a day when u have had Tina, and Beth, work a shift together, where they have not been able to do their job correctly and done well. Things just seemed different today, everyone was working with everyone very well today, nurses, etc- and all.

My husband was in the facility at Pittsburg KS for two weeks after a fall. The staff was amazing and was always concerned about his needs. Physical therapy and Occupational Therapy worked with him daily. The meals were nutritionally prepared and served on the unit. They even provided special orders if my husband didn't want what was on the menu. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of care.

I am impressed with how clean it always is, I have been in multiple areas and none have the typical nursing home "smell". The people are friendly and so many know my friend by name. They also place a great deal of importance on the spiritual needs of the patients, having ecumenical services weekly, a Catholic Mass monthly, and various Faith traditions have services throughout the year. Both of my parents have passed, but I would have had no problem admitting them there. When it comes my turn, provided nothing changes, I would have no qualms admitting myself to their services.
