The experience of my wife who is the resident and I her husband of 57 years has been enlightening for me and visually difficult noting the medical problems of each individual who calls Roseview their home at this time. Going through life and finally reaching the age of where the needs of such individuals need this type of care makes one think in the affirmative there places such as Roseview to accommodate the elderly.

The administration/Management, caseworkers are all about the money ’° not the patients. Nursing staff and aids are great just over worked and unappreciated by the administrator. Don't believe anything they tell you unless you get it in writing. Especially if they tell you they have vans to transport patients to appointments because they never have there's available. All calls are scanned and won't talk to you unless you go right to the facility. They tell you they are in meetings. Place should operate better having meetings everyday almost all day. What they charge a patient for a week $400 per day the facility should look and operate accordingly. Think twice before you choose to send your loved ones here.

While there were some hiccups, the administrative staff stepped up in a big way. The aides I had contact with were nice and helpful. The nurses were friendly. And the follow-up site check out had been timely.

One day you’re sitting in your favorite chair at home, you get up for that second cup of coffee and you fall! I fractured my shoulder and knee cap. That’s how my day started three months ago. I was in the hospital for 16 days but I don’t remember alot. Then I was transported to Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! I do remember that day because I had taken alot of pain pills at the Hospital every four hour to six hours and I was so mean to everyone. That day I met the most beautiful people at Rose View. I truly thought God had hand picked them just for me. From the Dining Room staff dancing in the halls bringing my breakfast to the Laundry staff bringing my clean clothes back to me on hangers!!! Activities Staff giving me fresh water three times a day and I just loved their youth sharing some of their stories. Rose View some how found this group of people and I found out first hand these young people have heart, compassion, and empathy! Oh and let’s not forget housekeeping cleaning up my spills every day, empting out our trash cans daily. I found out the youth at Rose View are so special. Maintenance crew are there in a minute fixing whatever you need fixed. Bobby Jo the woman who has everything in a storage place. I heard Bobby Jo’s name constantly lol I’m sorry this is long but I don’t want to leave anyone out. The med Nurses! oh my! In the hall never sitting down their whole shift. The best of the best. The residents always stopping the Nurses about their medicine or their pain and they all talk to them one on one every single day. Sandy, Nonna, Kim, Kelly, Amber all I miss already. Your Adminstrator, Lauren brings her dog Fern in sometimes and I loved that and so did the Residents. Special woman with such a kind heart, a great support for me. Business Department Brynn by the way congratulations!!! Allison always had my Insurance up to date and informed me directly with updates. Smart smart women. Aileen and Jackie thank you for support. My CNA girls who took care of me on all three shifts, cleaning up things I wouldn’t want to say out loud, lol, but there they were cleaning me up, getting me dressed , teaching me all over again how to take care of myself. Heather, Rebecca, Angel, Octavia, Sande, Liz, Samara, Tracey, Jalen, all of you that I forgot you are in my heart. Lastly Beth I love you. PT and OT, Shaun, my bestie Salena, Barb and Page Heather and Amy I could have not walked out on my own without these girls. They taught me how to sit up, stand up, walk again. God put me with all of you to get better and this three month journey I will never forget you. You have taught me confidence in myself, trusting you and loving you. I will never ever forget all of you. And if I didn’t mention your name it’s because I called you honey!!! And yes Rebecca RiseView is exactly like the Hilton! Lmao

We had a good experience at Roseview, everyone we met were very nice, friendly, helpful and kind. They cared about any concern we had and promptly addressed them and put our mind at ease. I think I can say most people don’t want to be in a home/facility but Roseview is one that I wouldn’t hesitate using again if needed.

I had a wonderful experience with your facility. I've been a resident prior time. Both times I have been very cared for. Everyone was very caring and helpful. Amy in OT and Selena in PT helped me get back on my feet and stronger on my right arm. I felt like I was part of a family. Thank you very much.

I have been a resident at Roseview for 4 years and I only have positive things to say about my experience so far.All the staff, either CNAs, maintenance or housekeeping or skilled nurses are such kind and caring people. I especially would like to single out Amber Deen,Shante who has worked with me since I first got to Roseview they all feel like my friends. I recently lost my mother and each staff member has been there to offer comfort and an occasional hug on sad days when I need comfort

We just paid our first visit to this facility to visit an old friend who is there. I've been in many of these types of facilities, I give this a rating of five stars, based on courtesy, helpfulness, number of staff members on hand, apparent cleanliness, and lack of foul odor that so many of these facilities seem to have. Job well done to the staff and administration there!

My brother has visited Rose Veiw 3 times since he moved with me from Montana, it was a haard transition after loosing his wife to cancer, he quite a few tumbles and broke some things on his body. Rose Veiw rehab help him to become a better person physically and mentally with care of the physically therapy and occupational therapy he is up and moving around and way better then he came to me. And his mental state wasn't the best after loosing his wife and some other issues cause him to be in deep depression !! The nurses aide and the nurses gave him the care and attention to help push himself to care about himself again as they cared about him

Melissa and the other nurses we interacted with on 2nd shift 3rd floor are absolutely incredible. They all have phenomenal personalities. They all seem to communicate very well with each other. They were with my father in law within minutes of him needing them. They talk to him like a human, with care and compassion. They all seem to really care about their patients and aren't just there for a paycheck. We're so grateful that we got dad out of JS Skilled nursing and got him in at Rose View.
