As a new graduate I was hired at Cedarcroft as a Nurse and I worked there for 3 years and I am pleased to say that it was a honour to have worked there. The residents are well taken care of by a bounty of staff, from nursing to housekeeping to kitchen aides and management; everyone cares deeply for the residents of the home. As an employee I felt I was able to voice my concerns and I would see change from that. I felt very happy working here. Everyone is very friendly and I know I've made some lifelong friends of my coworkers. The staff tries their best daily and tries to make every residents experience a personal experience. I know everyone who works here will give you all the help you need. I love my Cedarcroft family!!

Our Nan is a newer resident at Cedarcroft and is very happy there. She often remarks at the kindness of the staff, the entertainment and activities and the cleanliness of the overall home. She has a nice and spacious room and whenever we visit the home is clean and staff are always quick to say "hello". It is also obvious that safety of their residents is a central factor in their care, for this we are so thankful. Thank you Cedarcroft!

Some of the staff make it impossible to find out if your loved one is alright or not. They will not allow the patient to come to the phone to enable you to express your love for the patient. Most of the staff is quite okay but some are right miserable. Even when you ask if it is okay to visit at the window they do not give a satisfactory answer. The manager Dan Vito has been a tremendous help but one or two others on reception ( I would rather not say what I think) Firstly, I must apologize to the nurses, staff and Dan Vito for giving a 0ne star on my review. The nurses and personal care givers have only been really kind to my wife Mona Doerner. When ever Mona has a special occasion I bring extra cake for the nurses and fellow patients to help Mona celebrate. Almost everyone except for one has been especially kind to me as well. If it would not be for the help of Dan Vito I probably would not have been able to visit my wife at all. Dan allowed me personal visits within the nursing home chapel. Mona and I enjoyed a lunch together as we maintained the 6 foot requirement that was asked of us. It was very hard not to give my wife a hug and kiss. We really miss being together but I know that it is not possible especially now with Covid. Thanks to everyone who have been so kind to us. A speedy recovery to everyone and God bless all of you

My Grandmother and Grandfather had exceptional care when they resided at Cedarcroft Place. The staff always met us with such a warm welcome. I believe their life was extended with ease and comfortability because of this care. I highly recommend this residence to care for your loved ones.
