I've been an employee at Baldwin for almost 5 years and it's been the most rewarding job I've had. Employees and residents are like family, pay is great, they have good benefits and many opportunities for you to grow such as paying for your CNA, CMA, etc. Not to mention, my grandpa was a resident here receiving rehab and he always bragged how great the therapy department is. Rather you want to work at Baldwin, or bring your loved one here, it's a great place to be!

I came back to working as a CNA after taking two years off healthcare work. I have loved getting back into it, and working with the residents. I have worked here for 37 years. Going for 50. My mom worked for the facility for 30 years until she retired at 86. Many generations of family have cared for the residents throughout the years. Sometimes our own relations. Good benefits. Family atmosphere.

My grandmother has been a resident here for 5 years and we have been very pleased with our experience with the staff as well as my grandmothers care. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I personally, was so pleased with the experiences i had with the staff, that i even began working here myself nearly 4 years ago. As an employee, I am very happy working here, I look forward to each day that i work , its been a very long time since i felt this way about a job. Baldwin nursing nursing home is a good Nursing home my dad was there for about 5 years. the only bad thing that I can say about it is Mark the Nurse at the front desk he is very rude 2 residents and people visiting .I am a black woman and I also think he is prejudice. My dad that has recently died did not want me to let him know how I felt but I think that he needs to be fired I did talk to someone in the office they say that they were handling it but he is still there... other than that thank you Baldwin the ones who did like Philip Carter for taking care of him...

Deserves the 5 star rating. Staff is incredible from food service, to cleaning crew. Nurses, CNA support staff are incredible ! Highly recommend this facility

Baldwin Healthcare literally saved my husband's life. He only weighed 162 pounds when he arrived and today, 6 months later he is up to 200. From the kitchen to the nurses and the wonderful therapy dept he is finally getting back to his old self. The entire staff takes good care of him and I never worry that he's not well taken care of.

My Grandmother had the best care here at Baldwin Healthcare. Therapy was very beneficial to my grandmother, she was able to return home after a short time at Baldwin healthcare. The staff was very attentive and very helpful to her for a speedy recovery! My Grandmother would recommend coming to Baldwin Healthcare for any rehab care needs!
