I came to Southampton Estates on August 22,2022, I was very shy if you can believe that, on April 23, 2023 I came out of the shower I went to grab the towel for some reason I took my hand off of the rack, put it back on the rack the rack broke and fell to the floor and I fell with it. I broke my heel I was in the Hospital for one week then they brought me to Willowbrook. I was in Willowbrook for two months, I was about to go home that Wednesday. Sunday night the nurse came in I coughed alittle and she said I’m going to test you for Covid and I said I don’t have Covid. The nurse came back in the room and said you have Covid.They kept me in medical for another month. The reason I’m telling you this is because while I was in medical all that time I got to meet so many patients and when I was released from Willowbrook I was no longer shy. I meet so many wondering people in Willowbrook and in Independent Living. I love Southampton Estates mainly because of the good people who live there. I volunteer over in medical, I do the reservation desk on Tuesday, I do Rosie’s once a month on Friday I’ve been doing Rosie’s one month after I moved to Southampton.I used to volunteer for Hospice but quit the end of May. I did that for two years and one month. When Southampton talks about love and kindness there is love and kindness in everyone of us. All we have to do is show it to each other. I became a resident of Southampton Estates more than 8 years ago and I can honestly say I have been nothing but happy and satisfied with the move. People who live here are friendly and welcoming from day one. Some old friends and many new ones keep me in good company at meals. I am free to continue activities outside the community and have became involved with new activities here at home. The staff is great. Health care is outstanding. So much I can do here. I love it!!

Friendly is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Southampton Estates. My choice to live here has been confirmed as the right one in so many ways. Staff are all so welcoming and responsive to any queries and/or needs. Residents are very friendly and welcoming. There are a wide variety of programs and activities. The life plan makes it a worry free place to be. The Well-Being Model for health and wellness that is available helps to keep us as healthy as possible. And the meals are delicious and plentiful. My choice to live here was certainly the right one.

This is such a wonderful community with the kindest staff and residents! The staff here truly care about the residents and their families. You cannot walk down the hallway without a resident offering a smile and a "Hello!" This is truly an amazing place filled with the most caring and kind people.

We highly recommend Willowbrook for post-surgical rehabilitation. After my grandfather’s emergency surgery, the staff provided a seamless and supportive transition into recovery. The coordination between Nursing, PT, and Speech therapy was outstanding. Most importantly, the staff treated my grandparents like family, demonstrating a level of care that is truly rare. Thank you, Willowbrook, for your professionalism and dedication to all of your residents!

Great 1st visit there! Great dinner there as well. I also like the BBQ Lunch there too according to what they were telling me about. And I think that would be my next visit there, but we'll see about that.

Best kept secret! My mother-in-law Peggy, has lived here ~10 years & it's a great place! Beautiful housing, fabulous services & care, restaurant quality food, wonderful & caring employees. They also give back to the community (incl. a local pet rescue we volunteer at.) Southampton Estates is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, efficient & effective. Can't go wrong. Worth a look!

My grandmother has lived here close to 20 years. 18 years in independent living, 2 years so far in nursing care. The staff are friendly, and the facility is nicely maintained and kept current.

My mother lived at Southampton Estates for about 9 years in a 2-bedroom apt and while there were a few things I would have changed, she was very happy there. She loved the cafe & restaurant, had changed to the in-house doctor and bank, was able to give up her car, and had great friends and neighbors who all watched out for each other. It was a huge help to her family that we didn't have to worry about her, we knew she had competent people on staff and a nurse available at the push if a button. She passed a few weeks ago and the front desk and maintenance staff have been very helpful while we have had to clean out her apt. My great uncle whom she has taken care of had lived in SE decades earlier and was also happy there, that's why she and my father chose SE. My father lived there with her for a short time before he passed and was also very happy, he even had started a model train room they still have available for residents who love that hobby. I stayed there many times when I visited from out of town (usually in her apt but they have a few low-cost apts for visiting family member to stay short-term and we did that once when more family was with me) and it was always comfortable, you can see in the photos how cozy it was, like our home-away-from-home. My daughter especially loved to do Halloween there. I hope I can live in a place like SE when I retire.

Great place for aging folk. My mom lived there for five years. Her apartment was beautiful. I would recommend it over a lot of the others. When Mom passed away, she had briefly been in hospice. The ladies could not have been nicer or more attentive. The nurses were wonderful. They were true angles of mercy and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I was here for the funeral of a resident. Very impressed with the facilities and restaurant. The family had the service and luncheon here which was very convenient for the other residents who attended.

I have been living here for over 2 years. It is a great place to be. It is so much better than taking care of my house grounds. The grounds here are beautiful and I have to do anything. The two main reasons I came here are the Fitness Room and the pool. They are both exceptional!
