My mom had fallen and broken her femer. She had a hospital stay, and then she went to Cathedral Village for therapy and recovery. Mom was very happy with the service she received from Cathedral Village.Everyone was very nice, the C N A's that took care of her every day, the Nurse's that took vitals and gave her meds every day. The therapy department helped encourage her every day to get moving even when pain was a lot. Dining services serving her meals to her. House Keeping for cleaning her room. Mom had a couple of favorites from each area, but just like a mother..... mom will never reveal that information.. Mom would recommend Cathedral Village.

What an amazing community! Both of my parents were residents of Bishop White Lodge at Cathedral Village over the past 5 years & I became a Compassionate Touch volunteer during that time which gave me an "inside view" of the staff & facilities. During this unprecedented challenge of covid they did everything they could to not only keep our loved ones safe physically but emotionally as well. They replaced the hugs that we were no longer able to give with their own while totally covered in PPE all day long! They provided zoom calls on a regular basis with our loved ones so we could see them & have them hear our voices! They provided family members regular updates in their website as well as regularly scheduled zoom meetings with all departments so we knew every step they were taking during this terrible time. My dad passed 3 years ago & my mom passed yesterday morning. Because she was on hospice they allowed my sisters & I to be at her side during her final days & they not only surrounded her with their love but also provided the emotional support that we needed during this sacred time. We have been beyond grateful to their entire staff & administration
