I will forever be grateful for excellent care My husband received for his short term Rehab at Resorts of Augsburg. The Social Workers, Nurses and Therapists were kind, patient and very knowledgeable in getting him back to walking again. This was a new Experience for me but Social Worker Ms. Erin Price help me through the process with great comfort. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs Rehabilitation. It's clean, smells fresh and all the Staff is great.

The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful in the rehab department. My elderly mother stayed there for two weeks after a hospital stay for a fall. Everyone -- nursing staff, PT/OT specialists, doctors, rehab director and social workers -- was responsive and supportive as we navigated the best next steps for my mom. I particularly appreciated the comprehensive care for all facets of health, not just the physical aspects. Recommend highly.

I reached out back in January 2023 to inquire about services for my grandmother. Nancy responded back, was very pleasant, gave me information and was very helpful. She followed up in June 22, 2023 to see if we were still interested and at that point, I informed Nancy that my grandmother was able to maintain her independence at her senior co-op and we were no longer in need of services. There was NO RESPONSE. But magically Nancy contacted me via phone on July 6, being very pushy. I informed her that I responded back to the email she sent, however she wasn't concerned about that, she was more concerned about still having me waste my time and take a tour. I declined to do so and she proceeded to be pushy and stated she would call back in a few months. I made it very clear to her that I'm not interested in recieving follow ups as we've made our decision and I had to end the conversation passive aggressively or else she would have continued on and on. Her being very pushy now has me happy that we didn't bring her here. It's clear they may not be doing well and trying to fill beds but being pushy will forever and always be a turn off.

This is a great place! My grandmother receives excellent care here. The staff really cares about the residents and does activities with them to keep them engaged. These include Bingos, Bowling, "mocktails" on Fridays, and holiday parties. They treat her with care and respect.

My 2 years of experience as a family member of an Independent Living (IL) resident has been consistently positive. This time has included the global pandemic, and I've watched the IL staff adapt services as needed with care, skill, and creativity, supporting residents and families through what's been a difficult time for all of us. My mom is extremely happy she lives at Augsburg--pleased with her apartment, her view, and with the kindness of IL staff and residents. Highly recommend.

Living at Augsburg for the last 4 years has been a wonderful experience. People are really kind and friendly and it just feels like home. There is a lot of laughter and greetings when I walk down the halls past doors that open to really amazing apartments - It's community. I'm excited about our new food plan that is now in place and am patiently waiting for the completion of the new bistro and the welcoming entrance into our main building. No doubt it's a good place to visit, but the very best place to live.

I can't say enough about how caring the staff are. It's been such a benefit to have the same nurses, dieticians, and other care professionals working with my mom as she has moved between independent living, assisted living, and short-term rehab over the past few years. They provide continuity in her care and therapies across settings and they really know her so they can recognize when something is out of character for her and needs additional attention. They are constantly keeping me updated about every change that they think will help her. The directors of the different settings all communicate smoothly with each other and me.

I have been very impressed with the care one of my family has received at Augsburg. The staff have a cheerful and helpful attitude which speaks well for the whole "organizational culture" of the institution. As a non-profit with a long history of service, they really seem to have their priorities straight.
