We moved my father to Madison Village in Jun2021 and he lived there until he passed in Feb 2024. While there my father lived his best life. The caregivers and staff are the absolute best and looked after him like he was a member of their family. I cannot say enough about how loved and cared for he was while living at Madison Village. I love Madison Village and all of the staff! My mother has been a resident there for the last 10 years, and we have been very pleased with all they do, and continue to do for my mother! The staff actively stays involved with the residents and are always aware and sensitive to all their needs. Very professional and loving, we couldn't have picked a better place!

My mom has been working with The Madison Village to become a resident for some time now and we finally got her to agree that it was time to go. When she came in she was struggling physically and now with the assistance she has received mom has had marked improvement. We thought that mom wasn't going to recover and to have her back and active has made a world of difference. We enjoy the staff and home like atmosphere that she is able to live in everyday. The size, location and attention that she receives have been above and beyond our expectations. Thanks Madison Village for all you do.

Our family have had the pleasure of being part of Madison Village community for 4 years. Madison Village is such a beautiful place, but the best part is the caring staff and atmosphere. My mother was in Independent Living for over a year and loved it! She is now in Madison Village Assisted Living. The staff is always there for her. It is such a relief to know we can trust that our mother is taken care of and feels comfortable. The staff has been so good and kind to my mother and she loves all of them! They have made every transition we have had to make with my mother effortless. I highly recommend Madison Village.

My mother lived at Madison Village and love her home here. She moved from an Independent Living Community in Birmingham,AL to Madison where I was living so I could care for her better. I volunteered with Madison Village at most every event to keep her involved at first. I loved the staff and management. The care that all the staff gives each resident is exceptional. I have never worked in the healthcare industry but after seeing how wonderful this company cares for their residents I accepted a position at Madison Village after my mother passed away. Five years later, I am still here and love every day.

My late grandmother lived at Madison Village for several years. She was reluctant at first, but after she settled in and met a few friends she absolutely loved it. She raved about the food and the wonderful people who work there. When my dad needed to transition to a new home we again chose Madison Village. He spent a short time in assisted living while rehabbing from a surgery. He then moved to an independent living apartment. The whole experience was seamless. Kristi and Jill are fantastic! Andrea is an angel! They guided me through what could have been a very stressful situation. While caring for a parent is challenging, those precious ladies made it much easier. I will always be thankful to the wonderful staff at Madison Village.

My 86 year old Dad became a resident at Madison Village on September 1, 2021. For the nine months he was there, he was so much happier than with my wife and I after my Mom passed. He was extremely well cared for and loved the other residents and staff who took care of him. Dad seemed to bond with every one at the Village and called it his "home." After a 10 day stay in the hospital for failing health, we asked if he wanted to return to our home or return to the Village. His answer was "I want to go home (to the Village)." The administrative staff and caretakers were always responsive and genuinely cared about my Dad. We made the best choice possible when Madison Village became my Dad's "home."

I love everything about Madison Village, especially the people that run the facility. They bend over backwards to help make life safe, comfortable, engaging and fun for my mom and stepdad. My parents love the place and their quality of life has improved dramatically over the past year thanks to all the terrific support. And they so enjoy being with other seniors and have made a number of new friends. The facilities are relatively new, well maintained and beautiful inside. My family uses a community room in one of the independent living buildings over the holidays and it's spacious, has beautiful furniture and a TV. They even set up tables for us to share a family meal. I don't know what we'd do without Madison Village because it's affordable as well.
