Silver Birch has become an asset to the Muncie area, providing excellent care and a home-like environment for residents. I attended an event there for St Patrick Day, and I was so amazed at the facility. The Staff greets you with a smile, great interactions with the residents' The facility was immaculate. I would love for my Parents to stay they're if the needs arise. Joe Collins" Director and staff were so welcoming to the facility, almost made me ask for an application to work, Silver Birch is definitely a 10 out of 10.

I have lived here about 2 yrs. It's the best decision that I have made. The staff is very helpful and they are always available. There's all kinds of activities to get involved with. They have like bingo, cards, pool table, fooze ball. They make sure you have everything available to residents and family. They also have a dining room to eat in. I just really love it here!!! I highly recommend it to the seniors 55 yrs and older. Everyone residents and staff are very personal and friendly. So, if you're looking for a very nice place, SILVER BIRCH of Muncie is the best. Silver Birch has become an asset to the Muncie area, providing excellent care and a home-like environment for residents and staff. The special occasion events have come to be a huge celebration with plenty of smiles, laughter, and great food to go around. If you or a loved one are considering Assisted Living, I would highly recommend touring the community and getting a feel for the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the community and care provided to each of our residents.

After losing my husband of 20+ years I was lost. I couldn't keep the Home because my income wouldn't let me, but then I found Silver birch. I'm so glad I found Silver Birch and there caring staff. And another plus is the residence here. Or so friendly and that makes a nice perk.

Silver Birch of Muncie has been a home away from home for several years. I moved away at one point in time. It took me less than a year to decide that I wanted to move back "home". Silver Birch is my new family at this time in my life. I have had no regrets. Things do not always go in the direction that we would like but that is part of life. Thank God for Silver Birch of Muncie.

Trying to get my ex-husband to move in has been a challenge to say the least. Not ready on his part, but medically really needed to be somewhere that would check on him. Dawn Mummert made everything so much smoother. I can't wait to see his apartment and get him settled...this will make it so much easier for me to move OOS.

If you have not stopped by Silver Birch of Muncie, I would highly recommend it if you are looking for affordable housing for yourself or a loved one. The environment is relaxing, fun, safe and clean. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Silver Birch strives to provide excellent care for an individual that would benefit from an Assisted Living environment. As an employee of Silver Birch, I love coming to work everyday, I have a passion for what I do and it gives me great satisfaction knowing that I spend my time helping others.

Silver Birch is a wonderful place for an elderly loved one. I moved my mother in a few months ago. The care that she receives here is top notch. I don't have to worry about her being safe and well taken care of.

I sadly had to move my Mom (Marvilla Noles) out of her aparment at Silver Birch this past week. My Mom loves it here and actually found meaning to her life again as she made new friends and was able to help others. She praised the efforts of the activities director for always having fun things to do. She enjoyed working with the staff and residents to help establish Silver Birch as a great place to live. Staff members go above and beyond to keep residents safe from Covid. Since being in the hospital she has now had it twice! We are hoping that as she gets stronger she will be able to come back to Silver Birch in the future and enjoy her independence once again.

I love Silver Birch. My mother was diagnosed with early-onset dementia and needed help with medications, diabetes management and meal reminders. Social Security is her only source of income so she was able to qualify for financial help to move into Silver Birch. The staff have taken great care of her while still maintaining much of her independence. She has her own apartment, but is thrilled that the staff take care of cleaning, trash removal, and laundry for her. The measures Silver Birch has taken through the pandemic have been very impressive. As a family member, I am kept very well informed and have been able to visit mom under strict COVID precautions.

The dining room food is terrible! You have to wait 25 minutes to be served your meal and then it is cold. If you send it back you get it back cold. For example green beans are just like they are not even cooked and pasta sauce is like it is just spooned out of the can! I blame the manager who even brings it to us cold. I don't believe they are following proper health guidelines!

I recently took a tour of Silver Birch and was very impressed. The staff is very friendly. Their studio and 1 bedroom apartments are spacious, with lots of closet space. I just can't say enough about it. I just hope that they have a 1 bedroom available when I put in my application.

My family has been waiting a long time for a Medicaid-paid supported living facility here in Muncie and we finally have one. We had no idea it would be so elegant and offer so many social gathering areas to promote mental health and visitation with friends and family . We are relieved to have a safe place for our father now. Thank you!
