I found this facility after my grandmother was forced to leave Encompass due to Medicare. I was nervous finding a safe, clean and place where my 91 year old grandmother would thrive and be treated well. I couldnt be happier with this God send. Truly the staff is amazing and the facility has great activities and the residents form bonds quickly which really helped my grandmother. The price is also very fair and reasonable. Thank you all !

I have had the pleasure of becoming a part of this community. The new administrator has done great things here! Many improvements and focus on the residents' care and well- being has made this a great place to work! I am excited to come in and see the residents smiling , enjoying activities and being a part of the changes we make. We are a new management team and have a passion to treat the residents in this community as family and with respect. There are negative reviews, but that is the old shelbourne. As an Embassy company, we strive for change, and have made great strides to earn family and resident satisfaction.
