Top notch Nursing Facility. Staff are welcoming, attentive and informative. Interior has beautiful flooring and nice color tone to walls giving off a cozy feel at home vibe. My father was admitted and recovered 2 months before expected discharge due to quality rehabilitation and quality care. Entire staff at this facility have been so kind on taking care of me. Nursing, rehab and social service department have been so helpful during my stay here. Staff in the short term rehab station 2 were always wonderful to me. Housekeeping is always on top of their work and dietary always attending to my needs. Thankful for the amazing staff I've crossed paths with. The BEST!

This Skilled Nursing facility is great. Very friendly staff and very skilled. Excellent activities. Good food, they keep you well feed. You’re taken care of around the clock. I know first hand because I was here for 3 months. I would highly recommend this facility.

My Brother John(JD) was there about 10 years. For the most part there services were great, Especially Linda, one of the Head Nurses. Not to mention many others. But on the other hand we had our problems. Some of the people that worked there should have not been in that type of Business. They were mean and cruel. I know it's not an easy job. But come on, have a little compassion, empathy, kindness, and love.

As the Resident Council President of the facility, I'm a huge advocate for making this facility feel like home for most. I've been here for roughly 4 years and most places have their ups and down but its pretty managable here. I get to know patients who are here for rehab and most of them seem quite satisfied with the care. I know this isnt typically a place people want to come here to recover, but the staff here makes their stay bearable. They really go above and beyond. Staff on the long term side feel like family especially when they know your routine.

This is my second time being at SMV or known known as CPA. The first time I was there, there was a lot of nice staff. One of them would always go out of there way to say good morning and to see if I needed anything. For this second time, that same CNA comes and says good morning. I would highly recommend CPA due to it's kind staff & staff going out of there way to make sure I'm doing okay.

My Mom has been here for a week. At first, I was so scared to leave my Mom in here, but CNA Petal went above and beyond with her care. She always asks if we need anything. She makes us feel welcome and comfortable. My Dad said he feels less worry leaving my Mom on her care.

So much to say about The Villa. The nursing staff is top notch. My favorite nursing staff because of the care they provide to each resident; Maria M, Frank, Victoria, Janet, Everest, Yussuf, Gladys, Keona, Melissa and Lona. Also some of the best CNAs in the business - Reshma, Carmen, Maria A, Shangilita, Aracely, Leni, Isabel, Cynthia, Sophia, Alfredo, Letty and Denise. I’m sure I’ve missed a few names, but the staff at San Miguel Villa are without a doubt the jewels in the crown. I don’t want to slight the administration staff because they too are helpful and show compassion. Keep up the excellent work!!

My mom has stage IV kidney cancer and has been at San Miguel Villa since mid October. I was worried in the beginning about handing her over to them, but after seeing how great the staff is there, it really put my mind at ease. I need to give a shout out to Petal Rountree & Janelle, who are CNAs there. Petal is the only CNA that can make my mom laugh. She treats my mom as if she were her mom. Janelle has a great personality and can tell how much she adores my mom. Thank you to all the wonderful nurses, CNAs, and housekeeping for their wonderful love & support they’ve given to my mom, Hua Tran. She’s in great care’•

When I first arrived at San Miguel I was a little scared it looked a little rough but after the first night I was surrounded with so much love from the staff and residence the next morning I felt like I was at home this has most definitely been the best two weeks of my life I’ve recuperating and got stronger than I was and I hold the staff especially the nurses Nisha and Diane “ the CNA petals they went beyond and above that their color duty and I most definitely wanted to add an extra thank you to the activity center they made with the bingo. and holiday stuff I’m making stockings and I wanted to say thank you to the activity center especially Vanentina thank you

I went to see San Miguel Villa for my aunt rehab. The place was clean and has friendly personnel. During the time my aunt was there all the Staff members were incredible. Always smiling, informative and detailed. I can not say enough about the care she received there. Honestly have no complaints. I highly recommend San Miguel Villa skilled nursing when you need skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Hello, My mom has been here at San Miguel Villa in Concord for about 5 months. Can't say enough for the kind staff: Cna and Nurses that have always made my mom comfortable and happy. Long time staff like: Baby, Rena, Pedal, Maria, (charge nurse) Maria Morales, Lvn Alecia, and many others.. Everyone always helpful and asks if I need anything. Can't say enough. If you are looking for a care facility this is the place to go. They're not all perfect. But this place is pretty close. Thanks San Miguel villa keep up the good work!!

I would like to say. I am not happy with this facility. when you request to see the nurse or a doctor they leave you hanging for a long time. And they come when ever they want.. I understand am not the only patient here but really.. I saw a doctor once when i first arrived but he didnt check me or nothing he stood at the foot of my bed and ask me if i was ok..and i haven't seen one since.. Come on. Really and food sucks..no snacks or anything. They never have anything.. Not even a tomatoe..really...Now let me tell you about the staff. They are rude mean and bitchie toward the patients. But not all the staff are rude and mean.. For example Some CNA'S are really nice. Latries. She is awesome. She cares for her patients. Yeah she has her moment but don't we all. Your one of the best.. I love her. To Victoria girl thank you for lifting up our spirits. When we felt down.. God bless you.. Yor are awesome. Cynthia what can i say about cynthia she is one of my homies..‘ Romeo his this big taught guy . but inside his a teddy bear. He awesome too. RIA what can i say about ria. I been at San Miguel Villa almost a year now and me comeing from being homeless living under a freeway overpass in out the hospital dealing a drug addiction I had given up on myself I did a lot of damage so bad my doctor said thair chance I mit only have a year to live that was a year before I came here to san miguel villa I like to say thank you and a special thank you to all station one CNAs LVNs wound care nurse the administrators for helping me been thair have someone to talk to on a bad day

I have so many wonderful things to say about San Miguel Villa! My aunt has been to many rehab facilities in the area and our experience here has been phenomenal. Yes, they are still a skilled nursing home so I think it's unfair to expect a Ritz-Carlton level of service like others who have left reviews. BUT you can tell how genuine and honest this team is, which is a game-changer in this type of care. The Social Services team is incredible and works so hard. The administrative staff is easy to talk to and attentive. And the nurses are the cutest and kindest group of people I've ever seen! I actually visited San Miguel Villa nearly two years ago and it feels like a completely new facility now, which is why we gave it a shot! It looks like they're currently having some remodel work done. Although they still have a lot to finish, it looks really good. Their lobby is beautiful and my aunt's room had brand new floors installed and was well prepped when she arrived. Within about an hour, she had a warm dinner ready for her and the nurses were happy to see her. Honestly, this all scared me a little because I was concerned that this was only a first-impression amount of effort. Now that my aunt has recovered and is preparing to leave the building, I can confidently say that this has all been a great experience. For the sake of being unbiased, I will admit that there were about two days where one of the patients kept smoking in a room down the hall, which was my only complaint. I know this a complaint more about a resident rather than the facility. I do know facility manager talked to this person several times about the issue and the patient ended up leaving soon after. In the end, I would highly recommend this rehab facility to anyone. I wish I could give my personal contact information for anyone to call me and talk more about it.
