The team members were great the staff treated like family they woulddo anything they can to help you and to let you know if you smoke you do have six times that you can smoke go out and smoke very well respected the food wasn't bad but I do miss everyone and I have made friendships while I was there and to be honest it was more like hom

The current management team at The Waters of Muncie is great! They focus on the residents and the best care provided! They are team oriented and that includes the residents! Not only do I love working for the company I was also on the other side of things when my grandmother was admitted in august. She was truly grateful for the team and care she was getting. She loved the therapy team as they challenged her just enough to keep her motivated. She adopted many of the staff as her grandchildren and loved them! When things took an unexpected/quick turn with her, they were quick to react and keep all the family involved in the things to come. We lost my grandmother days after she declined and the staff were there for us with loving/comforting arms. I'm proud to be a part of this family!

I recently joined the management team at this building. The current management team is a blessing to work with. The administrator leads in a strong and assured manner. Everyone truly cares about the residents and wants to make everyone have the best experience possible. I have several Nurses and CNAs who work incredibly hard and do a fantastical job! Thanks everyone for making my experience positive!
