Food department needs retraining its a nightmare, lost trays, cold food, microwave grill cheese...gross! CNA have NO SOPs it's a fire drill every day, they do what they want because they short of staff? Harassment is allowed by staff... people game the system when they not being watched. Activities department is a joke! Watching BET and eating old cheese balls is not Activities. Dialysis room is the cross contamination room everybody in the building gets weighed there. Dialysis people are NOT respected, pickup times are to long. Good luck seeing a doctor! House keeping did improve. Nursing did improve. Just too many zero star bad apples with good five star people.. please retrain your staff thank you. Current resident

My mother spent 13 days of respite care at Prairie Oasis (July 6th-18th, 2022). She had a wonderful experience. The staff treated her really well and she felt very comfortable there. She would like to go back next time for her respite care. I want to say thanks to the staff at Prairie Oasis!

My experience with this place has been a good one. I visit regularly and she seems in good shape. My mom is well taken care of and I am notified when she is not feeling well and needs to go to the hospital.

Prarie Oasis is a great nursing home we give 5 star quality cleaning and patient care.We try to keep the building odor free and we are here to make sure the residents are getting the best care and our administrator cares and have a great passion for the residents.
