My nana was here for about 3 months (she got out yesterday) she absolutely loved it there! The staff were wonderful to her. The room she was in was fairly big and a lot nicer than the place she was last in. She made friends with the staff and the other residents. I personally would choose here if i were to have to go into a home one day. The staff made us feel like family when we were visiting. Star was my favorite out of all the staff she would make conversations with us and always checked in. Star was definitely my favorite out of all the staff. This place definitely deserves more than its current rating.

My father is a veteran. He is staying there for therapy, and will be released soon. The staff has been great. Every single one of them smiling and friendly every time I have visited. I have zero concerns regarding the care they are providing to him. The physical therapy was life changing for my father and I cannot thank them enough. Working in a senior living facility is not a glamorous job, and I am so appreciative of the work they are doing.

Started working at JC Manor about a month ago. Friendly staff that cares. Management is working on improvements to many aspects of the facility. I am very impressed with the progress so far.

This is about St. Peters Manor on St. Peters Mo. Their is such a short staff of nurses,and aids, that the care is not good. I have found my mom sitting in her own BM, diaper so wet her pants and socks where soaking wet Christina (Christine) I believe she is the social worker. She has such a bad, sarcastic, rude, attitude. She is always rude when she talks to me about anything. If you disagree with her she starts talking back in a rude, sarcastic tone. We had a care meeting today. The whole time the comments she was making under her breath(which we could hear) her shaking her head and laughing at us while we where trying to explain things that have been going on since my mom went into the place. She starts off with an attitude that puts me of the defensive immediately. The issues we talked about are the same since my mom went into the place. They let it go in one ear and out the other. They say they will look into to things and never do. I get upset because in tired of being told something just to shut me up. They say I have no right to get upset. I feel I do. They have lost many things of my mothers (all had her Mahe on the items)

Talk about a great facility! I have been a contractor at this facility for about 6 months. I have seen some amazing things from the staff. They truly love the residents and do everything to make sure that they have a home like atmosphere. Management is supportive and they do their best to make sure every employee feels part of the team. Great team, great facility, great place to trust that your loved ones are cared for.

Jefferson City Manor is a very caring "home" for your loved one. Staff are friendly & kind. The restaurant is an attraction & the Residents love the meal choices. If it's Rehab you need...our Therapy team are excellent in what they do. We find the best PR is word of mouth from our family members...Thank You!

I started working here about a month ago after leaving my place of employment for 8+ years. I have really enjoyed being a part of the JC Manor team. It has been a pleasure to work at JCM for the last 5 years. Through some of the past years challenges, we've bonded, stood beside one another, and came out stronger. A great team of people work here and they're hiring in dietary, activities, housekeeping. We are also looking for charge nurses. I love it here because all the workers and residents are so nice. We will also train caring people to become Certifed Nurse Assistants. The pay is competitive and our people are the best of the best to work with!

My Dad had to go in for Rehab At Jefferson City Manor. He wasn't thrilled over the idea and very negative. The Staff at Jefferson City Manor was Amazing and he ended up loving it! Gabby and Tim were amazing and he bragged on them. Let me just say he is hard to please and can be very critical so for him to be impressed they had to be over the top Amazing! Thank you to Everyone from the cleaning staff to the cooks to the nurses and PT folks.... You all are the BEST!

I hope I am fortunate enough to head to this caring group of people if I ever became unable to care for myself. My dad needed rehab, came in extremely negative, and with their patience, persistence, and focus on his health, he didn't want to leave when it was time to go. Trina was an excellent social worker and helped with next steps. Liz is a fantastic physical therapist and help build his strength back up, and Brandon the head of the place was will to meet us whenever to discuss his treatment. Althea, who helped with care and meals, was one of the nicest, outgoing women I've ever met and it really went a long way in keeping my dad positive. Truly the Hallmark of a good treatment facility. Thank you all!
