My review for Meadowbrook I think this is a wonderful place. first of all how we test a good facility or not, when you open the door, you do not smell urine. they mop the floors regularly when are you going to other places I seen them make sure everything is clean and when I compare, obviously it's like night and day. I'd like to tell you about your CNA don't have to do what they do I've seen him cut up my husbands food and ask "OK Mr. howard is anything else we can do" and I mean they don't seem like they're missing practice coming from the heart if they want to do it and you call feel they like people and one of them I noticed was an employee of the month and I congratulated her the reason why I feel that I feel she was employed of the month is because she loved people and it shows. Rose treats us like we are her own. The whole staff at Meadowbrook has been great we will definitely be back if needed.

By far one of the cleanest and best services of nine nursing homes that we went to look at. I highly recommend it, but I also must say as a family member you need to visit your love one as you should've depend fully on the staff. Your visit is super important!

I don't know where to begin. Nov 2023 my mother was admitted and from the very beginning everything was spot on. Staff is amazing!!!!! I mean everyone!!!!! She did not want for anything. They know what they are doing, from making sure she had her meds to knowing something else had been wrong with her and immediately had her taken care of. I can point out all the departments individually, but I am telling you everyone took pride in their work here. I had no complaints and was extremely grateful to all. Facility very clean but the most important is their staff. They go above and beyond. I can't say enough about our experience at Meadowbrook Manor. I could go on and on, but I just have no words for how appreciative I was during that time of our lives. They literally put us at ease. Thank you again to all who was there for us at Meadowbrook Manor, from Jennifer and Lisa to all staff. Words cannot express my gratitude to you all. Thank you, Kelly Heet

My mother was at Meadowbrook last Summer for 6 weeks. . My family was so satisfied with her care . Staff was wonderful and very attentive. Very clean facility and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place .

Thank you so much for the care that was given to my 80 year old mom. She was here 100 days. She was transferred from Loyola hospital. She needed to regain the strength in her legs. She had a few wounds and Meadowbrook healed them. They did better than Loyola. The therapy team worked with her 6 days a week. She is now back to walking regularly. She enjoyed the everyday activities. She enjoyed the ice cream shop. She's known as mama Betty or Suga Wuga. Ashlynn, Rose, and Angel get an extra special thanks. For caring for her and communicating with me. This place is clean. I watched them clean with bleach. When I picked this place the comments were scary. But my experience is different from everyone else's. Everyone loved my mom and she loved them back. Danielle is the best social worker. Mary is the best wound care nurse. Miguel and T are the best therapists (PT & OT). My only issue is nobody in administration explained the facility to me. As time went by the nursing staff explained the facility to me. I didn't know about laundry services and any other services they had until her last month. Maybe do better and give a facility tour with the family of the resident. It should not matter if they're temporary or permanent.

When I first arrived at Meadowbrook from Loyola Hospital I was a little disappointed as I apparently arrived before my medical records. With none of my information in the system I was kind of in limbo. Once that was settled my stay was very comfortable. Nurses all very helpful especially Tanya, Anne Marie, and of course Angel! Thanks to Denise from respiratory therapy; Mary and staff from wound care; Danielle and Charlie from administration; Kim from scheduling very helpful with my transportation needs! Also Josh, Meadowbrook van driver very nice. Thanks again to entire staff!

Hi! Patti P's in the house! I have had 2 stays @ 'homey/comfy Meadowbrook MANOR. & if anyone has a loved one, this is the place to bring them. Under the eye of Lisa; our administrator (a walking SPARKLER!!!) always smiling! & the team she has is LovingKindProfessional & WARM. Came in ,my first stay w/ cancer,a trac,hoses. My 2nd stay, There wasnt another place my Doctor's & Iooked at. I Needed Meadowbrook & their Love again. I walked out rested, stronger physically, mentally, & spiritual. {They even have mass there}They all gathered a CELEBRATION for me w/ balloons, the works. On this site... Soo cool!!!! Aweee ...makes me cry thinking. Ha! My . with bells ringing I left Meadowbrook CANCER FREE & I think of those that touced my heart heart oten. 5 star ++++ There is a video on the website of the fun we had! That's me w/ the Smile....

Terrible help. Calling for help is fruitless. No one comes. My mother calls for help to go to the washroom and she has to wait over 30 minutes every time. How long could you wait?

This facility is the best place for rehab the nurses are awesome if you need anything they will get it for you they keep my room very clean and if I need help with anything they are on it the staff is very helpful and nice the rehab people are very helpful and they will help you with anything you need to do I have no complaints about this facility except that they are awesom

First I was hesitant of nursing homes but this place has made me change my opinion the staff is awesome...Lisa she was very friendly when my mother in law was admitted front desk always was polite and welcoming nurses were cool miss T was very helpful she has alot on her plate but she manages to get her job done with a smile and mary Lou is awesome she loved spending church time with my mother in law I can only complain about the food lol which nobody really likes hospital type food but overall it was a great experienc
