I have called Vicky five times and left messages to have her call me back and she has not returned any of them. The last message was to have my mom ready for a morning appointment. Not only did I not get a return call she Wes still in bed. My mom has long term care insurance and commonwealth will draw my moms rent out on a timely basis but will turn in an invoice to Riversource until the third week. I have been told twice that Alisha was out of the office for the first week of the month. The person who cleans my mom's room only cleans the open spaces. Does not clean under or around anything. My mom's laundry is constantly getting mixed up with other residents. I am not feeling good about having my mom live at Commonwealth.

This was my 1st visit. Each person I encountered was friendly and helpful. I appreciated, that 2 young men came out to the patio, asking if anyone needed anything, water etc. The facility appears clean, well lit and comfortable.

Another note about Commonwealth. Things there continue to be good. My mother and I feel lucky that she happened to end up there. It seems that most changes there are for the better.

Coming here is more like walking in to a 5 star hotel than a resident facility. Immaculately cleaned, always smelling fresh, and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful !!!

A relative just came home about 3 months in Commonwealth Senior Living, while they were recovering from some acute health problems. The facility is clean and bright. The staff were friendly and supportive, and we were always able to quickly contact management when we needed to do so. The food is bland for adventurous eaters, but otherwise it was a great place for my relative to convalesce.

The people who work here are very friendly and great with the Restidents. It is always nice and clean plus the atmosphere is good. It is a very friendly place to Visit. I give them an A +.

The care they give my mom is great! I could go away and not see her for a month and I could see her and she would be fine. For overall care she is wonderful. She had an accident where she fell out of her wheelchair and they were quick to send her in. She is on hospice care now and it will all go through hospice. Overall I am very happy with her care.
