Willows Landing has been such a blessing for my 92-year-old father and for our entire family. From the very beginning, it has been clear that the staff truly care about the residents and treat them with genuine warmth and respect, as if they were their own family. Every person we’ve encountered has been kind, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. One of the things we appreciate most is that they help residents maintain their independence while providing help whenever it is needed. My Father is able to live independently and make his own choices, but he also has the support he needs with certain tasks. The balance has given him confidence, dignity, and a wonderful quality of life. The dining experience is wonderful, with sit-down meals where residents can order what they would like to eat from a menu. There are also so many thoughtful activities to keep everyone engage, active and connected. One of the most heartwarming things has been seeing my father form new friendships and genuinely enjoy the company of others around him. Knowing he is surrounded by people who not only care for him but truly care about him brings our family incredible sense of comfort and peace. We are deeply grateful for the love and excellent care he receives every day, and we wholeheartedly recommend Willows Landing to anyone searching for a compassionate assisted living community.

I see a lot of senior living facilities with my job. Willows Landing is tops in the Monticello area. Great staff, clean facility, nice rooms, good food choices, and fun activities to keep folks engaged. In senior living, you get what you pay for. And I would trust my mom to them.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this facility . It is beautiful, very well taken care of , and extremely clean. The staff is friendly , they greet and acknowledge everyone who walks in. Their leadership team ; Brittany RN, Rachel LPN, Emily Director , are wonderful ! They advocate for the residents , are kind and patient , and go above and beyond to ensure the facility provides a great experience to residents and everyone who comes through the doors .

I am looking for an assisted living for my mother. After touring Willows Landing, I was very in impressed with the cleanliness of the building, the friendly staff, the amenities, and layout of the building! The place feels more like a luxury hotel than an assisted living. It’s clean and spacious. The staff is very welcoming. There are many amenities offered in the monthly cost. The amenity that I appreciate is that a washer and dryer in each room. I have friends whose parents already live at the Willows and they have all positive things to say about the care and treatment that their parents receive! Melinda gave me the tour and she is amazing!

Willows Landing was an amazing place to work with. The people were so friendly and Melinda went above and beyond to find a place for my Mother in law. The location is in the perfect spot between a city feel without the actual busyness of the city. The place was clean and felt very welcoming. We even thought that having a screened-in balcony was a bonus! I think that anyone looking for a place for loved ones should consider Willows Landing!!

My mother has been a resident at Willows since July, and she is extremely satisfied with the facility, staff, meal plan, and overall amenities. My siblings and I are deeply appreciative of how smoothly Willows has facilitated this transition for her. We have peace of mind knowing she is not alone and that her well-being is consistently monitored. She receives daily check-ins, enjoys nutritious meals, and has the flexibility to participate in activities as much as she wishes. The family-oriented events organized by Willows, such as the fall bonfire and hayride, and most recently the Christmas party, have been great. The Christmas celebration last week was particularly impressive - the food was outstanding, the decorations were festive and beautifully arranged, and the entire experience was truly enjoyable.

Just wanted to give a shout out to all the Staff at the Willows. They put on a great Christmas party for the residents & family. The food was wonderful. There hundreds of people that c attended and they did a wonderful job feeding everyone. They Christmas music was great. Thank you all for making the evening wonderful.

My father was a resident at Willows for about 4 months and then we found a place closer to where my wife and I live so it was easier to take care of him. While he was there, he loved the food, staff, and was extremely happy with his apartment. My father even now sometimes says "I miss being at Willows"! Thank you to everyone at Willows Landing you made my father's transition from home life to Senior living facility easy and relaxing!

Malinda welcomed us with a warm smile and gave us a tour of the facility. We did not feel rushed and she was very helpful in answering our questions. Most impressive was how engaged she was with the residents as we walked around. She knew every name, greeted them, asked them questions and even made a connection with a military resident and introduced them to my father-in-law who is also a vet. There was a feeling of community that could not be manufactured. It was a very good experience during a difficult time. Thanks Malinda!

The staff (team) at Willows Landing does an amazing job for special event parties. Most recently they had a Summer Sizzle Party. The chef did an amazing job getting the residents and guests their food as quick as he could! Other staff was available to help get everyone seated and also helped with food. There was also live music to serenade the guests! Kudos to all who put this event together. We can't wait for the Winter Holiday Party....so much food and visits from Santa!

Malinda gave us a very nice tour of the Willows Landing. She showed us the various rooms, dining room, chapel, library, and some apartments. She explained a lot of about living there, what was included in the monthly fees. She answered a lot of questions, and gave us tips on how to prepare for a move. We could sense her love for her job and the residents. It seems like a very comfortable place to live. Thank you for your time Malinda

I attended a breakfast here before an expo in the area. They did a wonderful job hosting the breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and kind -- Linda and Emily came around to say hello to us, and Malinda followed up after the fact. The community is gorgeous and very inviting.

As a hospice nurse, I frequent several different long term care facilities. Willows Landing is truly one of a kind. I am constantly greeted by smiling faces from both staff and residents, a true testament to the genuine happiness they feel being there. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but compassionate. They take the time to get to know residents on a personal level. The building itself is beautiful and very well kept. It has been a pleasure to stand along side these folks to care for people at end-of-life together. I highly recommend Willows Landing!

Willow's Landing is a wonderful place for your loved ones to live out their golden years, with dignity and respect. The staff at Willow's Landing goes above and beyond to get to know your loved one and help provide top-notch care. My dad loved the food, and always bragged about how good it was, and he loved the weekly trips they took, with Tim the "Maintenance Guy", driving the bus. The Director of the facility, Emily, was wonderful to interact with, to the nursing staff, who ensured the best care for my dad. I highly recommend Willow's Landing.

Our dad lived at Willows Landing for over 3 years. It is a beautiful place he called home. The Director Emily and Rachel were both wonderful and caring to work with as well as all of her staff. The meals, the nurses, housekeeping, maintenance, and the activity director. It was like one big happy family and our dad loved it there. Thank you all for doing what you do.

The Willows has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, is always clean and has a professional yet homie’ ambiance! The staff are highly engaged with their residents and residents always have big smiles on their faces. This was by far and away the best assisted living facility in the area. Emily (Director) and Rachel (RN) were professional, but warm, caring, and informative. The facility was gorgeous - you thought you were in an upscale hotel. Would highly recommend Willows Landing to anyone and everyone!

They are all so personable and help me soooo much with my daily needs and always have time to listen to my stories. They are understanding of my needs and personable and respectful in the way they help me each day and night. I appreciate the delicious meals served daily and the waitresses and waiters who serve them. Your cooks are amazing.

I honestly can say the care my mother received here in dementia care was amazing kind & loving. Cassi the RN, Rachel & Marlene were phenomenal in my moms day to day care. From the day mom arrived to the day she passed. They grieved with us and supported us, it was all we could ask for. The entire place is professional. Your loved one will be treated with respect

I was very impressed with the facility, and more importantly the care attendents and nursing staff. Quality, caring and attentive to my patient.
