Our dad lived at Willows Landing for over 3 years. It is a beautiful place he called home. The Director Emily and Rachel were both wonderful and caring to work with as well as all of her staff. The meals, the nurses, housekeeping, maintenance, and the activity director. It was like one big happy family and our dad loved it there. Thank you all for doing what you do.

The Willows has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, is always clean and has a professional yet 'homie' ambiance! The staff are highly engaged with their residents and residents always have big smiles on their faces. The management team is intentional about communicating with each other to provide the best resident experience possible. I would recommend any of my family or friends to reside here!

This was by far and away the best assisted living facility in the area. Emily (Director) and Rachel (RN) were professional, but warm, caring, and informative. The facility was gorgeous - you thought you were in an upscale hotel. Would highly recommend Willows Landing to anyone and everyone!

Willows Landing is such a beautiful & stunning facility and the staff have been amazing to work with! I love the fact that my Grandmother can continue to be supported as her needs change so she doesn't have to move! I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one.

I want to take this time to thank all of you here at Willows Landing for making my new home so pleasant. I also want to express my gratitude to the Nursing Staff. They are all so personable and help me soooo much with my daily needs and always have time to listen to my stories. They are understanding of my needs and personable and respectful in the way they help me each day and night. I appreciate the delicious meals served daily and the waitresses and waiters who serve them. Your cooks are amazing.

I would highly recommend having a loved one live At Willows Landing in Monticello! This is a great place to call home :). They have fabulous activities, tasty meals, and a wonderful caring team that loves each resident that they serve!!!!

I honestly can say the care my mother received here in dementia care was amazing kind & loving. Cassi the RN, Rachel & Marlene were phenomenal in my moms day to day care. From the day mom arrived to the day she passed. They grieved with us and supported us, it was all we could ask for. The entire place is professional. Your loved one will be treated with respect

I am a visiting nurse and travel in and out of many independent living, assisted living and memory care units. I had the privilege of serving a patient at The Willows recently. I was very impressed with the facility, and more importantly the care attendents and nursing staff. Quality, caring and attentive to my patient. I would recommend this location to my friends and family!
