I was at Paddock Springs for 7 weeks after surgery. I cannot tell you what department or staff member was the best. They all were great!!' The employees I had contact with made my stay so nice and each and every person I worked with was happy to help me. The atmosphere was one of trained, caring workers. I would highly recommend Paddock Springs. Your recovery will be a faster and easier because of where you're at. Thank you to all of the staff.

Paddock Springs provides quality care to their residents, and it is proven by the dedication and compassion of those who work there. Not many facilities compare to this one in all aspects (Clean environment, quality food, etc.) And, the fact that Paddock Springs is staffed by Trilogy employees only is even better. I have worked in the healthcare field for 5 years now and can personally say that Paddock Springs is the kind of facility that is hard to find these days because it is just that good, and they are held to a higher standard than most places. They have met the bar for what it means to be a quality healthcare facility.

I have had 2 grandparents admitted at Paddock Springs for rehab and their experiences were exceptional. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. There is a large selection of activities, special dinners, and events throughout the year for residents and their families to enjoy.

My wife suffered two strokes after brain aneurysm surgery. Surgery took place in Indianapolis. When she was brought back to Warsaw, I tried two local nursing homes for her. After spending months in these other homes, I was so very frustrated. She was not being cared for. My daughter-in-law had heard of Paddook Springs. She encouraged me to pay them a visit. Best decision I have ever made. My wife is cared for at Paddook. She loves it here as we all do. If I have any questions or concerns, they are answered and addressed immediately. I am very involved in our community and have been approached more then once with questions about Paddook. I highly recommend Paddook to everyone that reaches out to me. Paddook Springs is a facility that loves and cares for all their residents!!! I wish there were 10 stars above for their rating!!!!

My Mother has been in the legacy care unit for 2 years. The staff is very caring and helpful and treat her like family. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for each of them.

My 94 year old great grandmother resides here now due to Alzheimer disease. We go visit her often, every week & multiple times weekly. It's sad seeing her in the mental state of the disease but she is very happy to be in caring hands! They have different theme nights and my Grammy loves dancing with the staff. We can bring her decorations and set her room up & take her clothes she enjoys, she's half tippycanoe vally indian so she has a different style of that resemblance. I'm at ease in my mind she's in very good, helpful, caring,patient, knowledgeable people.

My sister went into Paddock Springs facility on March 20, 2022. I was sad and upset for her as she left a beautiful home that she was happy in. We traveled there to be with her for the first 5 days. The people that work there are wonderful! They were not only wonderful, friendly, kind and caring but also took such good care of her. After a few weeks there my sister told me that she felt like she was in heaven because the people are so wonderful and the facility is so lovely - then she said that maybe she had already died and now she was really in heaven! Thank you so much to all the wonderful people that work there. We love you
