Our mom stayed with Serenity of Commerce for just over 3 months before passing away and it was the best 3 months I feel my mom had of her last 7 or 8 years of her Parkinson's battle. Shannon, one of the owners, has put together a WONDERFUL staff that I cannot begin to thank for how well they took care of my mom. She never ate as well as she did here and she previously always complained about food. Not here, even having seconds for lunch and dinner! I joked with Shannon and Kelley, his manager, that mom was eating them out of house and home and to ease up a bit as they would raise her rent. They laughed about that. But seriously we wish we would have found Serenity of Commerce years ago. So from my family to Serenity's wonderful staff of Kelley, Monica, Andrea, Gretchen, Stacey, Rachel and Ashley a huge heartfelt thank you! You ladies are Awesome!

Recently, I had found Serenity of Commerce while looking for a new place of employment on Indeed. Fast-Forward almost 90 days, and this is honestly the best Employer and Place of Employment I have ever worked for. I have been in this field since 2009, I entered at 18 years old, fresh out of high school. I've seen my fair share of Group Homes and Facilities. I've held numerous positions in these places, all the way up to the Management level. While some of them were great, Serenity of Commerce tops them all, and I'm going to tell you why. Your loved ones are being cared for by a group of Women who are extremely kind, compassionate, attentive, trustworthy, reliable, care-driven, and (what matters most) is that they ACTUALLY WANT to be there, love their jobs and what they do. Every one of us has these qualities and every one of us is there for the same reasons. We make up a wonderful team of extraordinary Caregivers that's led by the BEST Management Team I've ever seen/worked for. Your mother's, sisters, wives, etc. are being given EXCEPTIONAL round the clock care, and it's a breath of fresh air to be a part of this team, and a pleasure to provide dignified, empathetic care to them. It's so wonderful to be part of a team that actually understands and diligently practices what we're there for, and that's to give your wonderful ladies the care they deserve! 🙂

Exemplary! the home, the staff, the cleanliness, the beauty of the facility and rooms, the outside garden area, the detailed notes kept on Moms health, the organizing and dispensing of her medications, and looking out for her well being, the way the staff was in contact with us, it is like a home. My Mother loved everyone there, and they loved her. This was most important to my brothers and I when it came time to move her into assisted living, that she be in a place where she was cared for. We knew she was with competent professional people.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere to take care of their family. The trained caregivers treat the residents like family while giving them all the care they need. They have lots of activities always going in a open home setting. It's tough finding a place that has so much to offer in one home setting.
