I cannot say enough great things about this facility. From housekeeping,dietary,staff,physical therapy activities and people coming to sing and petting zoo for the residents.they also take residents on little day trips in a van.they truly care fir their residents here. I call it the Four Seasons hotel of assisted living. They also have a skilled nursing section which is also top notch.the building and the landscaping is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place for you're loved ones in crawfordsville Indiana. Also there is plenty of wildlife to see and enjoy. My Aunt is in good hands here. Trilogy company is doing it right. Wish they were in southern Indiana and in Florida.

I work PRN at this building and in my five years of practicing in healthcare (and since the pandemic war), my hope in both professionalism and compassion has been renewed. If you're considering this facility to house and care for your loved-one, I can confidently vouche for so many of the primary departments and staff therein. It's been impressive and inspiring to continually learn this community's culture as they've welcomed and embraced me with such consistent warmth since hire. My hope is truly that the Trilogy brand be able to continue to thrive in Indiana as the Chic-fil-a of senior care. God bless those in Customer service & Caregiving. I was there for 3weeks after being in the hospital. My stay there was amazing. Everyone was wonderful. The food was excellent. The staff works hard and they care. PT was very helpful for my recovery. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and the activities are great. Love my stay there.

My children's stepmother was released from here after rehab care (Ms Rose) and couldn't stop raving about the care she received here. She had a largely positive experience, minus a few interactions with one particular nurse. Pros: Excellent food, mostly caring staff Cons: One belligerent/rude nurse/CNA, slightly uncomfortable bed.

Every day I wake up knowing that my residents are being cared for by the best. We are #3 in the company for Customer Service Satisfaction. I have almost worked here for 3 years now and our staff has continued to grow into the awesome, caring, and compassionate team that it is today! The management team has changed for the better, we are much better staffed then when I first started, and our resident and employee satisfaction numbers continue to grow! I would like to give a HUGE shout out to my place of employment Wellbrook of Crawfordsville. I have never worked for more caring and loving people in my career. They love their staff and residents like family. They strive to make our residents and families know that their well being is our top priority. I hope anyone in any kind of need would look to us first because I have been in this career it will be 34 years this year and have only been with this team a short time.
