Staff was very responsive and polite. Therapy was outstanding. My Mother was zero weight bearing when she arrived. She was there two weeks and upon discharge was mobile and walking with the assist of her walker. Thank you Willows at Fritz Farm!

My Mom came to the Willows for rehab after a broken hip in October and I have nothing but nice things to say about it. All the staff were amazing and so kind and helpful to both my Mom and our family. I highly recommend the Willows!

Everything and everyone was wonderful. This is the best health care face I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was great and therapists were fantastic. I highly recommended this facility

My Dad is there. Has been there 3 days, without being able to watch T.V in his room. I have Tryed yo get them to fix it. No response.

My mom went there for a stroke rehab and ended up staying there for 6 months until she passed recently. She was 93 and had dementia and short term memory issues and could not walk. The care could not have been better. They went to extremes to keep her eating and active, the food was great, and the staff was genuinely concerned about her well being. Allowing dogs to visit is a big plus too. They worked with hospice to make sure mom did not have any pain or anxiety at the end. Highly recommend.

My husband was taken to the Willows 2 weeks ago after a stroke and I can't think of a more perfect place to do rehab in. I am shocked by some of the bad reviews people have given this place because my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is amazing, the office, nurses, kitchen, everyone that works there is just so caring and helpful. If I have a question they always get back to me with an answer. The food is top notch and a great variety is always available. I had brunch there today and I had asparagus, prime rib and potatoes and I have to say the prime rib was out of this world. The place is clean and cheerfully decorated. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have put my grandmother, mother and dad in similar places and none of them compare to this fantastic plac

After surgery and a fall my husband and I spent over a month here, the care was outstanding and his progress/recovery was steady and complete. The staff was knowledgeable and warm and the therapy was intensive and A++. Everyone was helpful and all pitched in to make sure things ran efficiently. I also observed no disrespectful, hurried, or impatient responses to any of the residents by staff. Everyone truly seemed to care. I was very impressed that the director was actively involved in every task whether it was bringing me a blanket, working the hall and dining room food delivery, or just sitting with a resident. We will certainly return if needed.
