Recently a loved one was put here. We visited from out of town on two consecutive days. On our first arrival, we had a hard time gaining access to the facility that is supposedly a 24 Hour facility. Luckily, another visitor saw us, and let us in. No one was at the 'help desk", so we asked around, and ultimately got a bit closer to where we should be for the memory care facility. The "help desk" in that wing, was clearly stressed out, interrupting the questions several times, and giving off a general sense of being bothered. Once inside the actual memory care facility, the nurse we spoke with was helpful, polite, took the time to answer questions, everything you would expect from a place like this. The second time, meaning the next day, the staff could not be bothered with us. Didn't have time to answer questions, could not find the residents any salt for their meals. We even had to wait over five minutes for someone to have a moment to let us out. On day three of the visit, our loved one fell, and had to be taken by ambulance to the local hospital for stables in the head.

My grandfather is staying here in the nurse care unit. He has been there for 10 months and his health is better than it has been in years. He is well enough to move to assisted living but he likes the nurse care staff so much at nurse care that he wants to stay there. Tanisha Magwood, Amanda Cormier, Janet Bembry and Josh are among his EXCELLENT care team. Candice and Lisa, the activities directors plan great activities for the staff.

I enjoy visiting as the staff is always cheerful therefore the residents are happy. I especially love Sarah. She greets me every time and if we sit down in the bar area, she takes care of us immediately. Love the holiday decorations. Bless your all for what you do for these wonderful folks.

Once you initially sign it, signing in is a breeze!! So simple, it remembers your face and who you visit, and you simply answer covid questions. The only downside is the mask is still required.

I've been visiting my grand aunt at Springer in Port Royal. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Their facility is always clean and well maintained. I can't think of any where else my aunt to be.

I just got home from rehab at Sprenger in Port Royal. What a great experience! All the staff from the doctor right down to the maintenance man made me feel like family. The CNAs, Geneva, Vina, Ann Marie and the rest of the care team, Sam, Brittany,couldn't have been any better. They made me feel like a valued client. I'm taking a few of the CNAS home with me. And let's not miss the huge kudos to the therapy team, both physical and occupational. Melissa, Cheryl, Sharon, Amandaand Ms Kamila. I will be back to visit. I feel like I have a new family. My job requires me to be involved with a lot of different facilities. Over the time of sprenger developing in the area, I see an amazing staff of floor nurses, CNA's, and leadership. I can't say enough great things about how well they have taken our patients that we have placed in their care. The ED Ray, the DON Mary, and the AL director Medina, are all amazing leaders in their respective areas. I highly recommend this place.

The staff are friendly and professional.... Very attentive towards my mother. Mom's room was nice and clean. The staff assisted me getting mom settled in and getting her ready to leave. Mom stayed Monday until the following Tuesday. I prefer picking her up during the week, because they are not as busy. I am so thankful for this establishment and their caring staff.
