My mom has been here twice for long term rehabilitation. Overall this facility is a good option for solid care. Last year they were phenomenal. This year, I am rating lower for these reasons: there is zero activity daily for residents after 5pm. Nothing but TV all night long. And also, they have less staff for engaging with residents and do not offer water as much to keep residents hydrated. But overall, they are a solid option for a rehabilitation stay.

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the team at Cranberry Park for helping my family out in a pinch with my Aunt Catherine. My cousins and I were set to go on a trip and my Aunt needed last minute support so she wasn't alone while we were gone. Kacy and the team at Cranberry Park quickly assisted us with preparing a rehab and recovery room that was perfect for the week long stay. My aunt had a wonderful experience. She loved the food, the staff and the company of other residents. We all felt the loving care she was getting and it eased our minds to know she was in such good hands while we were away. THANK YOU Cranberry Park New Albany!

My dad was there for care after a hospitalization and then moved to an assisted living apartment. The care he received on the skilled side made it possible for him to move to the assisted living side. The building always looks so nice and smells clean. His apartment is a good size and we were able to set it up and decorate before he moved in. It feels homey and he is very happy there. He receives his meals and medications daily and the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. He also gets the apartment cleaned weekly. We are able to bring his dog on visits and that brings him so much joy. They have lovely courtyards and everyday he goes outside to sit and read (weather permitting). I tell everyone who asks about New Albany Care Center that I would love to live there one day. I'm so very grateful to everyone there.

This place has been a godsend for my dad and family! He was in the skilled nursing portion and then once well enough, transitioned to their assisted living portion. The apartment was beautiful and facing their courtyard where you can see beautiful wildlife in the area. Honestly this has been such a hard year for us and New Albany Care Center has consistently had our backs while we had to make some difficult decisions about our dad's independence and ability to live on his own. Thanks to New Albanys staff for all you do! Special shout out to Admissions and marketing - Meredith - who is always a friendly face and welcomes my dad's daily visits to her office to say hello with open arms and smiles!

A huge shout out to Kacy and her team at New Albany Health & Rehab Center. They literally jumped into action to accommodate my 90-year-old mother who had just gotten out of the hospital. Under the direction of my cousin Kristine Provan, Vice President of Operations Ohio for Optalis Health and Rehabilitation, Kacy had everything ready for my mother when we arrived, she even had flowers for mom, such a nice personal touch! You see my sister; Cousin Kristine and I had planned a trip the very next day and my mother insisted that we go. We were welcomed with smiles and open arms at New Albany Health and Rehab. The accommodations were perfect, mom had everything she needed including top notch care! If your loved one is ever in need of post hospital Rehabilitation or Assisted Living Programs then Kacy and her team at New Albany Health & Rehab Center is where you want them to be! THANK YOU, KACY & TEAM, I'll never forget what you did for my Mother!

Wonderful staff: the aides, nurses and PT & OT provided excellent service during my father's stay. Great environment, very attentive and helpful people work at this facility. Also I'd like to thank the administration, especially Meredith and Kacy for being thoughtful and considerate to my father's needs. I recommend this place to anyone who needs rehabilitation services

My 82 year old mom stayed for 23 days after a serious illness that left her frail and weak. She had a good experience and everyone took great care of her. She had wonderful therapists and able to receive OT/PT daily which made all the difference in her recovery. She had plenty to keep her busy with activities and she enjoyed the food! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone considering a short term facility!

The staff was very accommodating. I not only required physical therapy but had several health issues. The nurses and staff were professional and took care of me and my needs. I give the PT and OT very high marks. They recognized my physical charistics and created the perfect plan. It worked as drawn up. I highly recommend them for your rehabilitation needs.

I was a patient here and the nursing staff + the helpers were all wonderful to me catered to me and my needs vert caring staff.The rooms are roomy and the cleaners clean and mop every day.The food is better than the hospitals and at times better than home cooked.the have plenty of activities to do to help pass time and they have live music at times where u can request a song to her+sing along to and the staff will take and come get u.There is church on Sundays and bible studies throughout the week to keep u right with the MAN..The rehabilitation center has a great staff all certified and knowledgeable can help u heal while your here so if u need rehab or looking 4 a place 4 a loved 1 I recommend New Albany it's a clean and friendly place.Thank you New Albany ,James Todd

On behalf of my grandmother: Before coming here, I was very weak and hadn't eaten in a couple months and now strong enough to go home. The therapy staff is fabulous. The food was unbelievable. I cannot say enough about the STNAs. They go beyond the expectations and the most hard working people at the facility. If I needed to go back to a short term facility, I would come back to Optalis New Albany. I recommend this place for whose looking for a short term care.

Entire Management staff from Administrative to Nursing to therapy to CEO are fully committed to best care to their patients. It is attributed to the leadership of CEO. All therapist are geared to provide best possible mobility to all patients regardless of type of surgery. Everyone in therapy doing their due diligence with smile. Nursing Manager Brittney is a true leader always looking for ways to increase the level of care, fixing the issues making sure patients are safe and comfortable. We have seen Nursing Manager visiting the facility during the odd hours making spot checks of nurses activities as there are always one or two in crowd wanting to shy away from their patients care responsibilities. Facility is very clean, food quality and selection is very good and chef tries his best to accommodate special request. Overall we observed that the most patients and their family members are happy.
