I visit BridgePointe every few months to visit different residents as part of my job. The staff are friendly and helpful. The many residents I visit have voiced how happy they are and they have many actives to do. One resident was exited for an upcoming balloon ride. I always enjoy coming to this building.

My mom was there till her passing some of the staff was good but some not so good but you get that where ever you good what im saying do research im still in my anger part of grieving but im not going to put anyone down i believe maybe better education with cnas and better cna,nurse staffing to residents but in all the ones who took really good care of her thank you the ones who didn't mybe find a new job profession because nursing because you need compassion not in it for a paycheck

I would like to 5 star review Bridgepointe’s Assisted Living program under the direction of Billie. Billie and the AL program has made it possible for me to know that my mother is in great care, while I work, live, and take care of my other family. Billie has gone above and beyond in her efforts to help my mom and the other residents. She has come in special on her days off to make sure things get taken care of regarding medication distribution and care of patients. She cares very much about the residents and their families, and it really shows in how she speaks and cares for her patients and their families. The consistency and knowledge of the patients that is provided by Billie and her staff is incredibly important to the families who leave our loved ones in their care. Billie and the other staff keep me updated daily on the health and ongoings of my mother. They are always positive and caring. I have come to feel like they are my extended family taking care of my mom. I would not be able to do it without Billie and her staff. Thanks a million for their hard work and efforts!

We were looking for placement for an individual that lost his caregiver suddenly and we became his POA’s. Bridgeport was our first choice for an Assisted Living because of the 24 hour nursing care. He absolutely loves Bridgepointe! There are a wide variety of activities on and off campus for the residents. We are so pleased and relieved that he is happy and has amazing care!!

My father in law recently did rehab here. Staff was great and did a wonderful job communicating all necessary treatment. They even made sure before returning to home he had all the resources he needed to continue his rehab. Would 10/10 recommend this facility.

My mom has been living there for over 3 years. She has been on the Rehab wing, skilled care wing, and mostly Assisted Living. She has always received great care. The food is excellent and the activities are plentiful and enjoyable. The staff, all of the staff, is caring, professional, and most importantly.KIND!

The facility is very clean and well taken care of. The staff are genuine in their care for the patients. Communication has also been great allowing me to keep up to date on my loved one when I am unable to be there! I would recommend!!!

My father stayed at BridgePointe in Vincennes, IN for rehab after major and life threatening medical procedures and the care he received from everyone there was exemplary! Everyone, from the nursing, occupational/physical therapy dept, dietary, administrative and even housekeeping staff were all very friendly, helpful, interactive and accommodating. I believe that without the care my father received at BridgePointe, he would not have recovered as quickly and thoroughly as he did. He is now happily back at home, living his best (as much as possible) life. He still checks in on some of his care team when he can and will visit them at BridgePointe when possible. Thank you so much, for providing what he needed, and more, to recover and go home.

Bridgepointe is an amazing facility. We have had several family members there as residents and in rehab. It has always been a great experience. The staff is so personable and truly care for the residents. The activities available are top notch, and keep the residents engaged. They keep families informed and address any concerns promptly.

BridgePointe was an absolute godsend for my mother in law after she had her stroke. She didn't stay for very long, but while she was there the nurses took good care of her, the activity department kept her engaged and entertained, and kitchen staff kept her very well fed! It's a great place to be when a person can't be home!

I couldn’t possibly speak more highly of Bridgepointe. The facility is beautiful, clean and modern. Not only is the treatment of their residents top tier, their staff is valued and it really shows in how happy they are to be there. BridgePointe Health Campus has gone above and beyond any of my expectations for a nursing facility. There are no other facilities in this area that compares. From the administration, nursing staff, CNA’s, life enrichment group, therapists to the culinary team, they are always at the top of their game. They all treat my mother and our family as their family. I am positive her life has been extended due to the care and her happiness in being at BridgePointe. The campus itself is very well kept inside and out. I cannot say enough of how we are pleased with every aspect of BridgePointe Health Campus.

This campus seems to be the best in the region. It is clean and well kept. The staff is courteous and friendly as well as helpful. There is an assisted living wing and a long term living facility. There is also a rehabilitation facility. Update 8/5/21: As in almost all similar facilities and hospitals, the staff is overworked and too few for advanced patient's needs. State regulations allow a high number of patients per qualified staff member. What this means for the patient is possible long wait times for use of call button or other needs. This is not the fault of the staff, rather the fault of the health care system. The staff works extremely hard to maintain each patient appropriately. Just not enough staff during high demand times. Such as bedtime. Patients that require more attention are generally problematic, as it might take the only two staff members on call to provide the appropriate response. When choosing this location for you loved one, make sure you fully understand the facility's ability to provide the correct care required and the facility understands the care required. If the patient is a high maintenance patient, then Bridepoint may not be the correct facility to use. You will have to decide the level of care that you demand meets the level the facility can provide. Sometimes the facility does not realize the level if care that is required and can't provide the services required. That being said, sadly, the patient can no longer be cared for at Bridgepoint and must leave. As always, if you like this review, please like it. ‘

Only the BEST nursing facility in the area for miles around. Excellent staff who are attentive, supportive of both client and family members. Stressing activities that encompass the individual as well as family functions. Well equipped to care for a wide range of needs that any loved one may require. Comfortable and homey atmosphere. Delicious and nutritious meals, catering to the full range of palettes. Don't hesitate to call for a tour. The welcoming and friendly staff are eager to introduce you to quality care at its finest. This is the place that I know my loved one is receiving care from the attentive nursing staff and hands on care that I want for him. The business staff is a joy to work with and have any question answered on the spot. You won't be disappointed here, I never am.
