The admission appointment for my mother was professional, friendly, informative, and collaborative. I was encouraged to ask questions and my questions were genuinely considered and answered. The atmosphere was relaxed, caring, intuitive, and respectful. Everyone encountered was attentive and helpful. They are currently renovating and I am looking forward to the finished project. Windham House will surely be "the place" to admit a loved one for quality, professional, and compassionate service.
