Walk in to visit my uncle and was greet by staff that was very friendly. He assisted me in signing in and direct me to where I need to go. Very helpful. Visit was great.

The staff is consistently kind,,attentive and professional and it truly shows in the way the residents are treated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had gone there to give The Eucharist to one of the residents there. The only complaint the resident had was they had run out of food to feed everyone the night before and had to eat a peanut butter sandwich. That should never happen, but I am glad the resident did receive at least a sandwich.

I had my dad here for a year. ER nurse and the paramedic said it was the best place. My dad did better and actually improved. They took good care of him and was happy with the level of care he received here. I highly recommend them

Awesome experience, the staff and workers was very pleasant. Most of that same group took care of my Mother for seven years at the Ormond facility. I really appreciate all that they are doing for my sister in law. If I win I would like for the gift card go toward something for the residence.

This is an incredible facility!!!! Caring, respectful, very attentive, inclusive, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a living atmosphere! I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mother in-law to be. There’s no place like home but Ormond nursing and care center has truly been the next best thing for my mother-in-law. Admission was easy and the staff had managed to get her in the same room with her sister, who was already a resident there. The facility has been a true blessing for us and is also clearly noticed with the other residents. I’m so grateful for everything all of the staff has done and I’m certain they will continue to do for our loved one. Thanks go to the staff at Ormond Nursing & Care Center for the love and care you’ve given my mother. I pray you are all blessed just as you’ve blessed my mother with your love and care.

Me and my family went to visit our mom love the check in , it’s so secure and protects our mom and keeping her well with the mask and sanitizer they have it very well decorated in the front with all their pretty Christmas poinsettias and tree.. really nice to see when walking in our mom was doing good.. she was sitting in the commons area with her friends and staff overall it was a nice visit thanks for all that y’all do!!

I was very impressed with the home. It is very clean and nicely decorated. I was impressed with the amount of staff that was there. I accompanied my cousin to check it out for her mother, and we were both happy with the information given to us and also the activities/services available. I feel pretty certain that her mother will be placed there.

They take very good care of my 90-year old grandmother. Especially during these times. She has talked about how clean the facility is. I know they are doing everything possible to keep their residents safe from Covid. And even though I cannot see her right now, I sent decorations for the holidays and they decorated her room. Wonderful people there.
