Former employee. The last two years majestic gardens has put abuse on me. The incident did not happen on my shift. They tried to have my license takes from me. They wanted me to charge a statement. I did not they lied on me and continue to lie on me to this date. They use job retaliation on me. They cover up abuse from the state. Lie on their employees that keep their jobs.

I started working there May 17th 2024 and for the most part I like it there because you are not bounced all over the place if you are full time you are locked in a spot and that's pretty much where you will be working on your work day and yes I have had some problems there but that will be anywhere you go but they will try to fix whatever problems you are going through that they will do and I love the residents there have got attach them and they know me to. I have been a CNA for 8 months now and I love what I do caring for people's who can't do for themselves so this is a good place to be just stay to yourself and make your money thank to you all for giving me a chance to work at Majestic Garden Nursing home.

Majestic gardens is a very professional facility. My personal experience, I was aspiring CNA. I applied, got an interview. Jasmine whom is the staffing coordinator. She was nice enough to interview me despite not yet being license. Jasmine was very sweet and informative. Majestic gardens overall gave me the confidence needed to take my Nurse aide exams and pass. I am now a CNA & will be soon employed with this facility.

I've worked there for two years through gale. It's been a pleasant journey for the most part. I get to pick my own schedule, the environment is clean, and the patients and staff have been good to me. Today I had an amazing interview with them to become a regular staff member. I really look forward to continue what I love doing with them.

Omg! I absolutely love this place I was recently employed by the wonderful Ms jasmine. The onboarding process was super quick I was hired within the same week I applied. Residents are also nice and welcoming along with staff members. Please don't hesitate to call for employment or for a family member care is #1 priority!

My sister is had a major stroke and is now a resident. I live in another state. Her charge nurse Tiffany is awesome and she always takes my calls and keeps up updated. Tiffany is an asset to this skilled nursing facility.

My mom had to go to rehab after being discharged from the hospital. Majestic reached out and had an immediate opening. They were very kind to me and really went the extra mile to calm my fears. She started on the first floor and the nurse manager Tasha was very compassionate and empathetic. It was a good experience for such a stressful time. Aftet a few days my mom was moved to the memory care unit under Ursula Martin who is VERY passionate about her residents! She checks in with me EVERY time she sees me. I'm always greeted with a hug and asked if I have any questions. She's very visible to the floor and shows concern for her residents. Love her!

I'm very impressed with the improvements that have been made over the last couple of weeks here. The staff are more present; they come to check on me much more often and it's nice to see them. Nurses too, they keep up with issues I might have. The wound care nurses too. Physical therapy has started back, which I am very excited about, Jamila is the therapist I see the most and she's very sweet. Sandra and her staff do a great job keeping up with all the supplies we need. She's so funny and I love when she comes by. I can't say enough about Quinn at the front desk - she really is a treasure and a great first impression for people coming in or calling. Meechie with Activities is very involved with keeping games and such going. She even makes sure the residents confined to their rooms are happy with her visits. My ONLY complaint is how hard it is to see a doctor of any kind here. I've been seen by an eye doctor (even went to a doc off site - I'm going to have cataract surgery in September), podiatrist and psychiatrist but I'm still waiting to be assessed by a dentist, which I REALLY need. It looks like Betty Edwards has made a real difference here and I am very grateful. I hope she stays around! Thank you

Food way better than you would expect to find in a recovery facility. It's fresh. Outstanding therapy the amount of time they have had to help me regain strength to do things I couldn't do and to do the things I could do even better.
