The staff at the Caldwell Care Center are the best. They go the extra mile to make my wife comfortable. Everyone I've dealt with there is outstanding: Liz the nurse, Melissa the business manager, Colin the social worker, Krista and Eugene, assistants. These folks really care and are so good at what they do. They are God's gifts to help us get through difficult times. Truly angels.

Very wonderful place to work treats my family and i as their own family. The staff put together a baby shower for my son when I had him. This is the second time I've worked here and this time I'm going higher up in positions. Well liked by residents and staff. I would so recommend a family member to come stay here if they needed to.

The staff at Caldwell care are very attentive and kind. They are faced with many challenges but seem to always rise to the occasion. For many their passion is making sure the resdents are well cared for and the daily needs are met. For some going beyond is their desire. Like doing resident hair. Sitting with resident who just need attention. I would recommend caldwell care.

Update: The company got back to me with a special number designated to be used to reach residents and I was able to reach a real person who asked my cousin to call me. I am satisfied with the response and I have upped my review score to 4. Not 5 because it shouldn't be this hard. I'm trying to reach my cousin who lives in this facility but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. I worked my way all the way through the phone tree. At one point someone picked up the phone and said to a coworker "who is Preston Dustie". The coworker said she didn't now and the person hung up on me. I've left three messages. One with social work, one with the nursing director, one of the executive director and one on some unspecified phone that I got transferred to. It is true that I have just left these messages in the past hour. But it seems like someone could get back to me. I thought I would like to give them zero stars, but one is as low as I could go.

I go in and out of a lot of nursing homes. These guys are so great. Some of the nurses have been there for years, and are some of the kindest people I have met. Bryan and Katie offer a really strong leadership core and they have built a tremendous culture there. They recently renovated parts of the building and it really looks nice as well. I highly recommend this team and building.
