Everybody has been nice to me, they are beautiful people. All the staff has been incredibly helpful in aiding in my recovery. The physical therapy staff is the best I've seen. The Guest Relations Team puts them over the top since the day I came; especially Lisa and Jocelyn. Jocelyn really cares about the patients she is always around, and offers to help with anything she can. I got down in the dumps they completely changed my mood and helped me more than I can say with activities and making friends, while I get stronger. Also Joe from Guest Relations will fix anything he can. They will ALWAYS HELP you.

The staff, from CNAs to Admin and everyone in between has been wonderful.They are professional, compassionate, and truly do their best to handle all situations. Their client relations ppl (Lisa and Joe) are quite literally "THE DREAM TEAM"... Perfection! My dad likes the food and is being treated with the decency and respect he deserves.

I’m a patient at Quantum rehab. I had an accident and hurt my back, complications with Parkinson’s. Lucky for me Quantum has a Neuro department and specializes in Parkinson’s rehab. I’ve been to other places that have been rated top notch, however Quantum’s approach to rehab is far more aggressive to other places which makes me progress better. I’ve be n matched with a team of physical therapists, Brenden and Rick who have been hands on and have helped me make many milestones in my progress. While receiveong therapy here, I’ve noticed all the other therapists have the same mindset.patients are always first. They are truly angels. I was lucky enough to see one therapist Bianca who worked with a patient in a wheelchair in bad shape. By watching her take care of himshe’s truly an angel. While needing special care, she consoled him while maintaining such dignity. From all departments, the staff treats each patient with such dignity and care.

time at Rehab Center was overall positive. The therapists were professional and helpful, and I saw steady progress throughout treatment. At times scheduling was a bit tight, but the team always did their best to accommodate. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone recovering from an injury.

Night staff is either lazy, inattentive, or non-existent. My sister, who has dementia and is unable to walk without assistance got out of her bed (window side) and somehow got herself into the hallway on her buttocks without being noticed by anyone. She’s there recovering from a broken hip. Luckily, and no thanks to the staff, she didn’t break something else! Most aids assigned to the dayroom treat the patients like it’s a prison. They gaze at their phones and mostly ignore the people in the room. They do little or nothing to engage the residents in any activity or conversation. Residents are left waiting in the dayroom usually for more than an hour waiting for their meals, which are usually on the cart in the hallway, until someone finally brings the trays to them, usually consisting of cold meals! The nurses are usually friendly, efficient and timely with medications. The best thing I can say is that the PT staff namely Neo and Marissa, are dedicated, caring, efficient and excellent at their jobs. Other than that I can’t give Quantum more than a two-star rating. Not recommended!

My Dad has been a patient here for about a week so far and although most of the staff are very friendly, some of the procedures they have don't make sense. He had trouble sleeping through the night for a few days at first and then when he was able to sleep through the night, they wake him up at 5am, get him in a wheelchair and wheel him into the hallway lined up with all of the other patients. They have to then sit there in the hallway until they are all served breakfast in the hallway at around 7am. Then they have to wait for an aide to bring them back to their rooms or a common room if they're not able to be left alone. The food always arrives cold too because it takes a long time for them to set up each patient's meal trays based on their choices and then bring the food up to the floor from the kitchen. Sometimes I even see the trays of food sitting on the delivery cart for a long time before it is brought to the patients. I've asked them if they have a microwave on the floor to reheat the food quickly but they said they would have to take his food all the way back downstairs to the kitchen to reheat it. I wish I could give more stars because the people on my Dad's care team are extremely nice. It's just that the facility is understaffed and they need better procedures in place to take care of the patients better.

The nursing staff is wonderful. The 2nd floor nurses- Dorothy, Michelle, Ann, Diane, Francisca; CNAs Fran, Heidi and Gigi; Joe at the desk are so, so great. They are compassionate and attentive. Yvette the Director of Nursing has a true open door policy and stands behind her word. The rehab team are amazing. Rick and Meg have worked wonders. Kim from admissions makes it easy, you don’t have to worry about anything but your family. It might not be the fanciest of places, but the nursing care on the rehab unit is great. I’ve seen some efforts to dress it up, looks like they’re really trying to change. The food is basic, not great. They have a bakery with fresh, scratch baked treats daily.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone says hello and has smiles on their faces. They have an amazing bakery that makes all different kinds of amazing baked goods. All of the residence are so happy And all of their needs are met. It’s a very clean facility. They always have something fun going on for the residence and the staff. It’s a great place. Like anywhere, Quantum has it's ups and downs from time to time. The Nursing, Recreation and Therapy staff are very attentive to patient physical and emotional needs. Every now and then, like anywhere, there are staff shortages on the floor, but the Aides work very hard to make sure all patients get their necessary care. The food is the weakest link. The kitchen makes a lot of mistakes on the individual trays, and sometimes has difficulty serving the food while it is still hot. They are working hard to improve that issue. They have hired a new Manager and have implemented stricter oversight. Needing to be here is not ideal, but Quantum does it's best to make your situation as positive as possible.

The staff is awesome. The food isn't always the best. At times it can be cold. They do the best for the patient. Showers two times a week. The CNAS take care of their patients with care and a personal touch. The nursing staff are always checking in on their patients. Their activities for the residents. Their is a great bakery on the premises for the residents also.

The facility is clean the staff are friendly I would have gave it five stars except my loved one that resides their had appeared to have a shortage of food on her plate ” during dinner! She only had one item they forgot to give her the rest of the menu which is unfortunate because she loves to eat and actually looks forward to her meals. So FYI don't short her on her meals ™.

I have b©en a patient at Quantum 5 times. I have never had a bad experience and the rehab unit is great. I pray not to have to return but should I have to it will be here. A friend of mine is in the rehab, the physical therapy is wonderful there and helping her , she is pleased with them..The staff is very nice and helpful..They don't push you through the program just to get you out, they make sure you're ready to go before they release you..it's always better when the patient feels comfortable in a place, I think that helps with their recovery, and that's what they do there, they make you feel like they are taking care of family...Thank you

I’m so thankful to have Quantum as part of my dad’s recovery and care plan. He is in his 80s with Parkinson’s and had recently been hospitalized at Peconic (Riverhead). Since getting to Quantum, it’s like he got his life back. My family and I were managing his care on our own previously - happily doting on him 24 hours a day. We were wrong to try to do it ourselves, as much as we loved having dad home, serious illnesses call for experts and we have found those experts at Quantum. Rehab is hard for any patient. It’s never home, but it’s where the healing really takes flight. It’s an essential part of getting your loved one back in top shape. Quantum takes on filling your prescriptions, transporting you to specialist appointments, managing your physical and emotional health. They have state-of-the art equipment including facial recognition for sign in. Thank you Quantum for getting us on the right foot with dad. It means everything.

I was there in February 2025. the staff , CNA, RN, LPN, physical therapist, occupational therapy, doctors, administration, all were very caring compassionate, they they care about their patients one hundred percent. they were very good to me. I had no complaints about them. their dedicated to their job. when I was there, the food was really good. I recommend quantum to anyone who needs in patent physical therapy, brain injury, assisted living. there certifyed Medicare and Medicaid.

We were very impressed with the level of care and compassion our father received while in the care of the Quantum nurses, aids and staff. Shoutout to the professionals on floor 2 who made a very difficult time for us easier by taking the time to talk whenever we had questions or concerns. We were also very impressed with the level of communication from Quantum. The nurses, social workers and administration consistently kept us informed. We are very happy to have chosen Quantum during this difficult time and highly recommend them to other families looking for rehab and skilled nursing for their loved ones.

My husband was brought into Quantum Rehab today and I can't say enough about how attentive to him they were. Everyone introduced themselves and made me feel very confident in their facility. It came highly recommended by a friend who's Mother was there recently and a family member who said they are rated 5 stars. So far everything is very satisfactory.

I went to quantum because my aunt is in her 80s and she needed rehabilitation. I was able to see some nice changes since I had been there last also visiting another family member. There was a nice young lady who greeted my wife and I (@12:30pm)and she explained everything to us. She told us where to go. She told us how to use the machine that gives you the temporary visitor pass, and I liked that. Her kindness and information made My Wife and I feel very comfortable during our visit. There’s a rehab area for people who are short term. I like the way that they check for temperatures when you first arrive using system I have never seen before that gives you a temporary visitor badge. My aunt was on the second floor and she was dressed confortably eating her lunch. Her meal looked tasty. It would definitely be something I would eat myself. It takes a lot of effort when you’re taking care of sick folks. Another nice touch is that they had the call Bell right next to her! You don’t know how many times I’ve visited locations like this and they intentionally make it difficult for the patient to call for help or assistance because they’re busy or short staffed. The place appeared clean. Everybody was welcoming, even though they were busy. I enjoyed my visit! I personally like that they have a bulletin board that tells you who the nurse is, who the CNA is, who is the physical therapist, and who is the occupational therapist. After you leave, they give you free pastries On your way out the door. I received a pecan walnut danish. The lady that served us was so nice. I’m glad that this facility takes Our opinion, seriously. Often times family members feel guilty that they left their loved ones in a nursing home, but with a facility like this, and with the family actively participating, you should not have any problems! If you do, talk to the nursing supervisor or patient advocate. The only problem I had was there is a lack of parking and I hope that that could be resolved in the future because the town of Brookhaven gave me a nice juicy ticket For parking on the street-There was no other place to park. For anyone visiting their loved ones, please be aware!

I have interacted with staff for close to three months. Everyone has shown kindness and care. PTA, Jenn Bendjy and OTR, Victoria O’Toole are the very best. Their attention, kindness, and care saved my elderly cousin from being depressed and giving up. My cousin looked forward to seeing them when they arrived and before they left work, in addition to the therapy during the day.

I was looking for a long island rehab facility for my husband who needs to get back up on his feet after surgery. We just checked in last night and the welcome from each department and floor staff has been exceptional. The PT facility looks spacious and well equipped. My daughter has been admitted to this facility and as far as I can see the care she has been given is top notch. She will be receiving PT/OT/ ST 7 days week which is exactly what she needs.
