This place has been a life savor for our mother. She is in independent living here and we ABSOLUTELY love it. The staff are friendly and caring. They have so many fun activities planned for every week. No need to be lonely here. Independent living floor is like one big family. Everyone cares about one another Deb is activities staff for this floor. She treats everyone like family and goes well above to make sure everyone is happy and safe. Anthony is the chef, AWESOME!! He's more than their chef, he is also their friend. If you're looking for a safe, loving environment for your loved ones, Wooded Glen is it!!

Wooded Glen is certainly the provider of choice! Every team member is very caring and compassionate with their residents and family! It truly feels like family here! Additionally, it is exceptionally clean and serves great tasting food!

My mom was here in April 2023. It was her last days and the nurses and staff were very caring not only for her, but our family as well. I was extremely impressed by the open door 24/7. We were able to let 1 family member stay with her at night. It was very comforting to our family to know a family was present in her last moments. Thank you all from the V. Baker family.

My mom has spent several weeks at Wooded Glen and the experience has been wonderful. She feels like the staff are family and they treat her like she's theirs. They have also been very supportive and helpful to my husband and me.

Best place in Springfield, The staff here are caring and friendly, My dad has been to 2 other places and this place is 100% better then those 2. Highly recommend, Please consider Wooded Glen if you are looking for a rehab facility or skilled nursing

My father has been at Wooded Glen since 12/24/20 both my father and I are very pleased with the excellent care, kindness of the employees and the cleanliness of the facility. My father loves the attention, great care and compassion that the staff show him everyday. We could list names but do not want to leave anyone out from 1st shift to 2nd shift and 3rd shift employees nursing, housekeeping, maintenance and administration we truly are and deeply Happy and Blessed to have chosen Wooded Glen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts I would recommend Wooded Glen to anyone.

Top notch! We entrusted Wooded Glen with the assisted care of my 93 year old father-in-law, and they couldn't have been more attentive to him. Everyone on the staff grew to love him, and with the help of his family, all of his needs were met. We were around 24-7. When he passed away there a year ago, the entire staff assembled as they took his body away to the hearse. It was a beautiful thing. Some of the staff were crying, because he was that wonderful kind of guy. The ceremony was beautiful. That said, during his brief tenure there, we were very happy with their treatment of him, and I unequivocally would recommend Wooded Glen for assisted living care of your loved ones.

New facility. Extremely disorganized and money-focused! If u are self-pay or just in for a minor issue (e.g. 2 week rehab following joint replacement), you should be good. Should any thing happen that requires follow through by staff, or heaven forbid you would lose insurance coverage while in the facility, don't expect help or sympathy.
