I had the misfortune of being transported to this Care Center. Their 'care' is less than minimal. Additionally, I had given them my phone for recharging overnight. A $100 bill was missing from my phone wallet when it was returned to me. I would never recommend them to anyone for admission as they are lacking in care and not trustworthy.

Staff were excellent. They worked hard to help resolve an issue that developed after my surgery. They were patient and worked hard until I showed improvement. At the same time they worked to get me mobile and gave me excellant tips on how to be mobile again with minimal pain. And on top of that the food is excellent. The staff were all friendly and cheerful...and that was encouraging. Thank you all for the help you provided.

As an agency nurse who has been around to most of these places... this place is where I would send my loved ones. And I am very critical and judgmental. They go above and beyond for travel staff as well as ur family. The CNAs are on point. The vibe overall is of goodness. Had I stayed in Colorado I would have asked them for a job

Nothing like it, this facility was great . Staff was very attentive. The facility was very clean inside and out. There was nothing in the hallways to keep you from traveling. The fitness center had everything you could imagine for therapy. The food was to my liking.

All of the therapists were wonderful. They helped me to push myself to get better. Emily had a way of making sure all patients were safe without them even realizing she was there. My room was right across from the therapy room so I could see a lot of what was happening with each patient. I once saw Nolan with a patient who was getting discouraged with her progress and she was crying. Nolan put his arm around her shoulders and consoled her and she continued to work. I saw her in the hallway and told her how much better she was doing than when she first came in, and that she couldn't even sit up straight in her chair then. She did not realize that and said to keep encouraging her. I hear all the therapists reassuring the patients and that helps. I know this from my own experience.

I had the Pleasure of staying at the Frontier Therapy Center in Longmont for almost two weeks and went home this past Saturday. While I was there, I had such wonderful treatment from the staff and had a Wonderful Physical Therapy treatment. Their staff is Phenomenal. So caring and patient. You really felt as though you were almost the only one that person was caring for. Your Staff, they really need to be recognized by everyone. Thank you ALL for your kindness and patience.

I was in need of rehab after being in the hospital after having both knees scoped. I had a low pain tolerance and my therapy sessions were always scheduled around my pain medications so that I could get maximum benefit of therapy. The whole staff was very helpful and caring and expertly assisted in having insurance approve extension of stay. Because of the great care of the entire staff, I am returning home tomorrow.

I had the most comfortable, helpful, qualified stay at the Peaks Care Center.The staff was the most professional, kind, helpful, informed, and knowledgeable care providers I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I want to thank everyone who worked with me at Frontier Rehab Center. They were all amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The food was exceptional, the nursing care and physical therapy was excellent. I improved daily both physically and mentally. My time there was totally worthwhile.

I stayed at the peaks Frontier Therapy for about a month. The Therapy staff was very professional and very knowledgeable In their scope. The Nursi g staff is also very professional and welcoming and friendly... it is a very clean and delightful place to be. I had nothing but a pleasant time with the Therapy and nursing staff.

I have been here sixty-plus days with two broken wrists and my experience has been nothing but top notch. My OT, PT program has been excellent with the guidance of Emily and Caroline. The overall staff have become like family. I highly recommend this facility for any care needs they provide.

I had my right foot amputated below the knee in April, and have been learning how to walk with my prosthetic leg. Because of additional circulation problems,I entered The Peaks Care Center early in January. The therapy department is absolutely excellent and has been invaluable to me. It is not easy to learn how to walk again at the age of 81 My specific therapy needs are addressed every day, and done so in a friendly atmosphere that encourages me to do my very best. They vary the exercises so that my needs are addressed each day, but in different ways that keep my attention and encourage me by closely monitoring my progress. I found that I looked forward to my therapy time and really wanted to do it because it made me feel better. I became friends with the therapists and with my fellow patients. It is the best therapy program I have ever experienced.

Peaks and Frontier Care Center is a complete care unit with most all you need to make a healthy recovery. From personal to 2nd handclothes,(I came from hosp with tee-shirt and pants not recommended)toiletries to most importantly excellent full daily rehabilitation skills from several trained PT's you gain individual knowledge. Cognitive and physical exercises, daily activities to keep your mind and body improving. Patients are friendly and the whole staff works as a team. They don't stand round asking who can help, they just help as a team from PT to meals and if you need something they are there. Its normal and clean with meds properly dispensed. Food is good never same thing.

All the therapists were excellent. They taught me a lot, very nice. I wish I would have known about this place when my mom was going through rehab. The other staff, nurses, aides, nick, everyone was great and very knowledgeable. I hope not, but if I ever need to come for therapy again I would come here. Many thanks to all.

The staff here works very hard to make sure everybody gets the attention they need and the rehabilitation necessary to move forward. Safety first always with them. If I had to do this again, I would choose the same place.

I received excellent care during my three week stay at Frontier Therapy and Peaks Care Center. All of the staff were caring and helpful and willingly responded to my requests or questions. The therapists were especially personable, professional, and proficient. I would highly recommend Frontier/Peaks for anyone seeking either therapy or long term care.

I was not knowing what to expect when I signed up for therapy and nursing care so was a bit intimidated at Peak Care Center on Coffman. I was so pleased with the outcome of my therapy as I was hard but they all so encouraged you as you go through the process. I truly loved it and after 10 days walking out tomorrow as a new person. Peaks Care Is very attentive to my mother. they have a lot of activities, where my mom enjoys, the fishing trips, and the trips to Black Hawk! The staffs care, and their enthusiasm is always noticed. it's a cheerful environment and my mom says she likes most of the food.

Most outstanding, excellent, hard working staff. This is my first experience in a rehab center and I would highly recommend this center for each and every one, because without them I certainly wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now.

What can I say! I appreciate everything that the RNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and other staff members have done for me during my recovery at Peaks Care Center. I am able to go home with the skills I need to continue my recovery. I will miss the other patients I have meet here, who made it easier to be gone from home and I hope I have made a difference in their stay. I do plan to come for a visit after I have completed my recovery. For now it is see you later!!!!! Debbi

When I came into Frontier Care Center I couldn't stand or walk. Thanks to the Physical Therapy Group I worked with Caroline, Emily, Sherry and the rest of staff to regain my ability to walk. It was a very difficult struggle but thanks to all the staff nurses and doctors I am now walking. I would highly recommend this rehab facility.

When I admitted to The Peaks, I was very ill and did not have faith that I was going to recover from my illness. The staff at the facility including the physicians, therapy, and nursing gave me hope and allowed me to trust that I was going to improve. They all made me believe that I could do it and have been very patient with me. The therapy team helped me gain strength and taught me the basic skills needed to strengthen my body. The Director of Nursing took the time to explain my medical condition to me so that I was able to understand. She worked directly with me day after day to help me become more independent with my needs. The care and attention to detail from the staff is why I believe that I recovered. I am now able to move on to an independent living facility because of the care that I received here at The Peaks.

My mother broke her hip last August we were not very hopeful about it healing and her being able to walk again,we put her in frontier for rehab after surgery the staff was so kind and caring she also had a stroke years ago so she has difficulty with speech there patience with her was astounding and there therapists were amazing,she has been back home for some time now and is walking with a cane. I would rate my experience at the Peaks rehabilitation center as 5 star or A+. I have been here 3 months and my health has improved much more than i ever expected it could with the care of this institution. I am an 11 year amputee of the left leg and was in danger of losing my right leg. My treatment started after being discharged from a local hospital and i noticed an improvement in my physical and emotional well being. These people all seem to care about what they are doing and have a team approach that i found to be astonishing. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a chronic health problem regardless of the severity or duration. I am a retired physician and have never seen the high level of care provided by the therapy dept and medical team. I would recommend this facility and care team to anyone who is facing a medical challege or feel that they are not getting their needs met elsewhere.

My Mother was in assisted living here till her passing. The staff,the administrators,everyone treated her so well. I can honestly say that she was the happiest she had been in years. And after her stroke they were there for me till the end. Thank you Peaks for being so caring. You all made my Mother feel loved and well taken care of.

After a medical issue that left me unable to care for myself temporarily, I came here to rehabilitate and acquire the skills needed for me to go home. I was here in late November of 2020 . There was a pandemic in progress and I was put in quarantine from the rest of the population. I must tell you every person I came in contact with here on their staff was very professional and also very good at what they did. This is an excellent facility and if you need to be in one like this or a loved one needs this, I recommend it wholeheartedly. My experience was made particularly good and productive due to the excellent staff. 5 Stars! 9 months later I have regained 97% of everything I had before. Thank you Peaks Care Cent
