I just visited my great aunt at The Oaks and I am so happy that she moved here! The grounds are beautiful and the buildings are immaculate! The staff was very friendly to me during my visit and the lunch was delicious. I rented an onsite apartment for my short stay that was across the street from my aunt and it was so comfy and clean. I'm so impressed with this facility and she seems happier than ever to be here. They have really paid attention to every detail at The Oaks. 5++++ stars!

It's been a year and i honestly have to say that this is the best retirement facility I've dealt with. The biggest thing I've been pleased with is how quickly problems are rectified, and how few problems there have been. Staff is always vigilant over potential hazards or problems. Another thing that means a great deal is that there are many locations where we can sit and visit and not be confined to the private bedroom itself. There is a lovely and SAFE path outside that is wheelchair accessible, so on nice days we have a great stroll... something unthinkable at other places we've been. There are gazebos to sit out and lounge, and a place to feed the fish. There's live music and other activities every now and again, and residents are always included. There's a library with internet access for everyone. So far, we've been very, very pleased... much more than anywhere else we've been.
